𝐀𝐍𝐗𝐈𝐎𝐔𝐒, naruto and sakura pulled the scroll opened but nothing happened "naruto, sakura let go of the scrolls!" sasuke shouted in realization—the two tossed the scrolls aside and smoke emitted from them when it cleared it revealed.
"iruka!" auyong shouted surprised, "long time no see" the teacher greeted with a smile.
"what's going on?" sakura asks.
iruka then took a closer look at his former students "look like you guys had trouble" he guessed with a shrug before he began to explain why he was summoned.
"at the end of this second test it's set up so we chūnins meet up with the exam takers and i was allowed to be one to greet you" the brown haired male explained.
"greet us?" they all said in confusion.
iruka then pulled out a pocket watch checking the time "phew, just made it in time" he chuckles closing the watch turning to the four.
"the second test—all four of you pass, congratulations, to celebrate your successful completion of the second test—i'd like to buy you a round of ramen but—-huh?" the male trailed off when naruto and auyong suddenly ran and tackled him into a hug.
"h-hey naruto, auyong listen to the end" iruka spoke, catching his balance "we did it, we did it, we did it!" the two cheered jumping around their teacher.
"we're so happy" iruka smiled at the two, sakura and sasuke finally fell to the ground exhausted and relieved.
"they sure have some energy" sasuke sighs "you sure haven't changed in your ability to relax"
sasuke chuckles noticing something "i see—what were you going to do iruka—sensei? if we had open the scrolls during the test.."
"as always you are sharp, sasuke" iruka says bending over and picked up the scrolls.
"what would have happened?" sakura asks.
"as you may have figured out..this test's rules are set up to test your ability to perform missions correctly ...so if you were to break these rules and open the scrolls"
"those exam takers...would be put in a condition of unconscious-ness for the remaining of the test period those were the rules" iruka explains, sasuke chuckles turning to sakura and naruto.
"heh, good thing you guys didn't open it" sakura and naruto were internally glad that kabuto stopped them just in time.
"oh, yeah, sensei" sakura called out, gaining iruka attention, sakura then pointed to the board. "what's the meaning of the writing on the wall?"
