Chapter 9: Comfort

No One Pov:

Hawkmoth: What is this freling. Someone is feeling Betrayed and hurt from the one person they thought they could trust. This is perfect.

He then created an akuma before letting it go.

Hawkmoth: Go fly away my little akuma and evilized him.

Chat Noir was running as far away as he could when he heard a butterfly flying. He turn to see an akuma going straight to him. He use his cataclysm to turn the butterfly into ash.

When he believe he was alone, he turn back into adrien and started to cry a lot. Plagg who was done eating the cheese Adrian gave him, try his best to comfort adrien until Adrien turn back into chat Noir as he just wanted to be alone.

Luka Pov:

I was walking back home when I saw Chat Noir crying at the docts. I didn't know what was wrong but he seems to be having problems breathing and almost having a panic attack.

Luka: Oh no what should I do?

Sass who was with Luka came out of hiding and gave Luka a look.

Sass: I don't know. Maybe you should go talk to him. I heard that if your upset, talking to someone make someone feel better.

Luka: *deep breath* ok I will go talk to him.

When I approach him, his ears were down and he seem to be crying in his hands.

Luka: Chat Noir?

When I said his name, he didn't even seem to heard me. I started getting worry even more so I did the only thing that came to mind. I pull chat Noir into a hug. When I did this Chat Noir shot his head up and saw me hugging him.

Chat Noir: Lu-

Luka: Shh its ok. You don't have to talk. You can let it all out.

Chat Noir didn't seem to say anything else as he hug me back and started crying even more. I started to rub the hero back and even started petting his hair. It felt like hours but he seem to have finally stop stop crying but he didn't let go of me.

Luka: Do you want to talk about it?

Chat Noir just shook his head before holding me even closer to him. I guess he really needed a hug.

Luka: Look I don't know why you were crying and you don't have to tell me unless you want to but whatever it is I'm sure everything will work out.

Chat Noir: *sniff* Ladybug and I got into a fight.

Luka: I see. Have this happen before?

Chat Noir: well we have been having arguments but this one was different. She said somethings that really hurt me.

Luka Mind: What did you do Marinette.

Luka: Do you want to tell me what she said?

Chat Noir who was hugging finally let go of me and look at me. I could still see tears on his face and his bright green eyes were turning red due to how much he been crying. I wipe some of his tears away before he open his mouth again.

Chat Noir: She call me useless and that she been trying to replace me. She even said she wish she can take my ring away and give it to someone more worthy.

That is when Chat Noir stated to cry again and I pull in back into a hug. He was crying in my shoulder as I started rubbing his back and putting my hand through his hair.

Luka: Listen Chat Noir I don't know why ladybug said those things to you but none of those things are true. Your not useless and your not replaceable. I really like you jokes and how you try to cheer everyone up when your pretty much fighting for your life. Don't let what ladybug say get into your head alright?

Chat Noir nodded but didn't seem to he letting go of me. I was going to move away from him but he just hold me tighter.

Chat Noir: Can we stay like this for a little bit pls?

Luka: Of course take as much time as you want. If you ever want to talk to someone, you can always come to me alright?

Chat Noir nodded again and we stay like this for a while before I felt Chat Noir body drop a little bit. I turn to see he fell asleep which was understandable. I will let him sleep for a little bit before both of us would have to go home.
