Suddenly icy fingers grabbed my hand as I inched through the darkness.I froze in my spot unable to move as the hands spun me around.My mind raced as I tried to figure out who it was.I was shaking as I slowly lifted my head to look at the mysterious person who was wearing grey lofas ,a dark grey three piece suit and a white crisp shirt paired with a black checked tie.

I looked at his face only to see Lennox, my brother's best friend looking down at me .

"Where to princess?"He asked with a smirk on his face. I didn't answer him cause I knew he was drunk and didn't know what he was talking about. I yanked my arm out of his grasp and continued with my mission.I entered my brother's office and started rummaging through the piles of files he had on his desk.

My brother was the Alpha of our pack:The Nightshade pack. Our pack was well known in the world but the exact location was only revealed to the pack members.Our pack was known as the Nightshade pack because the Goddess had gifted us with magical powers.The four elements were mastered in each and every single pack but our pack was gifted with the power to master every single element.Water,Air,Fire and Earth .(WAFE)

There were also other species other than Werewolves.Vampires,Witches and Humans also lived in the world . Most Werewolves,Vampires and Witches would prefer to live out in the cities with the humans as long as they promise to follow the peace treaties which were the laws which made sure there wasn't any war against anyone. Our pack preferred to live out in the wild.This was because we were considered a threat to the vampires. I continued searching his files, trying to find my adoption papers but with no luck.I was convinced I was just a normal human because I couldn't shift into a werewolf.

In our pack ,you could differentiate between humans and werewolves by the eye colour. Most packs would have one eye colour which corresponded to their elements. Fire is red, Earth is green, Water is blue. But air usually had silver-coloured eyes. Occasionally airbenders would have a mark on their neck ($) similar to that one which showed their element. Along with that ,they would also have green eyes which made it hard to differentiate between them and the Earthbenders .

As I continued searching, I suddenly lifted the paperweight that was lying on a pile of papers. A secret door beneath the bookshelf opened and I saw a flight of stairs. I descended down the stairs and into a room that I had no idea was beneath our pack house . As I crept through the dimly lit corridor,I suddenly hit my head hard on the door I hadn't noticed. It was made of titanium. You could tell by looking at the massive size of the door.I heard my brother, Leo, call me ....

"Wrenley! Are you there? Wren where are you?" He called . "Be there in a sec Leo." I replied coolly to avoid suspicion .My voice and tone variation always betrayed me while talking to Leo. Wolves had a very sharp ear. If you were trying to talk to them and you lie, most likely you would be caught preety quick. I decided to postpone my exploration of the room to next time. Something told me that that room held one or more information about me .

I ran up the flight of stairs and put the paperweight back where it was so the door could close then proceeded to my brother who was in the packhouse meeting room. I was sprinting to the room when I hit my head hard on something. That's when I heard a voice ...

"Going somewhere princess?"Your brother is looking for you and judging by his tone ,what he wants to tell you is really urgent and important so you better chuck ."

In this whole pack house there is only one person who called me princess.
