chapter one

I wish he would notice me.
I thought to myself as I scroll through edits of my celebrity crush on tiktok. Walker Scobell. But that'll probably never happen, since he's famous, and I'm just some random girl who lives across the country. Plus, and I have calculated this, we are two years apart. Him and I have so much in common it's not even funny, but like I said, he doesn't know I exist.

Maybe I should DM him on tiktok.

I think to myself. So I go to following, click his tiktok account and send him a DM. It says

"Hey walker, it's y/n and I wanted to say I'm a huge fan, maybe we could go exchange numbers or meet up someday. I live in McMinnville Oregon."

Send.

I set my phone down as my mother calls me down for dinner.

Time skip to after dinner.

I get ready for bed, since tomorrow is the last day of school till winter break, so I have to wake up early. I do my skincare, haircare and pick an outfit for tomorrow. Then I set my alarm, lay down, close my eyes and go to sleep.

Time skip to next morning

I wake up at my alarm, 4:00am. I grab my clothes and head to my bathroom, for a nice long shower. I do my haircare and skincare, then get out of the shower to dry off. I get dressed in the black baggy cargo pants, lavender nirvana crop top and black converse, put my hair in a ponytail, grab my head phones and backpack and walk downstairs. I look at the clock, 5:49am. About an hour and fourty minutes till I have to go to school. I make eggs, bacon and toast for breakfast, eat and scroll on tiktok for a While, do the dishes then go to brush my teeth. Then, I wake up my little brother and tell my mom I'm leaving a bit early to go buy some gum. I head out the door and start walking towards the seven eleven down the street, which is on the way to my middle school.

Time skip to when I get to school

I finally get to my school and head to my homeroom class. I sit in the back of the class, doing my homework for advanced math. We start homeroom and we all finish any extra work we have before break, then talked with our friends for the rest of class.
Then I go to P.E. I hang out with my best friend, then we go to social studies together.

Time skip to my last class of the day

I walk to my math class, so eager to get home. We play games all class period and I turn in my homework. Then, I clean out my locker and head to walk home.

Time skip to when I get home

I get home, kick off my Converse, and head to my room. I check the time, 4:28pm. I have to eat dinner in about a half hour, so I could go to the library. I tell my mom I'm going to the library for a bit, and will be back by dinner time. I walk to the library with my headphones on, listening to Frank Ocean and Chase Atlantic. I sit in the library, reading Percy Jackson, for about a half hour. Then I head back home and eat dinner. Today is my day to do dishes so, I do those then head off to my room. I scroll on tiktok for about an hour till about 6:30pm, then get ready for volleyball practice.

Time skip to after practice

I come home, grab my silk PJs and get in the shower. After my shower I do my hair care, skin care, pick an outfit for tomorrow since I am going ice skating with my best friend. I check the time, 9:27pm. I turn off my main light and turn on my lamp, picking up Percy Jackson and the Olympians the lightning theif and reading. I check the time, 11:48pm. I lost track of time. I bookmark page and put it gently back on my bookshelf. Then I turned off my lamp and set my alarm, closing my eyes to go to sleep. Little did I know, the DM I sent Walker, was going to change my life entirely....
