Office Romance

Chapter 01

Thyme is the CEO of the Manifold which is a prestigious publishing company. Kavin is the secretary to this CEO. Thyme is in love with his secretary for now for seven years. Still he couldn't say it properly as Kavin always ignores his flirty phrases. Thyme knew Kavin was a good employee. Keen and smart. Specially for his eyes. He was an angel. Ethereal. Kavin was very punctual. Always on the dot. But the unrequited love made Thyme's character cold.

Kavin's POV:

It was one fine day I went to the office as usual when someone barged me in the front door. It was my boss. I know I am not in good terms with my boss though I was his secretary. I wish I would. His cold gaze smacked at me. ". Sorry sir, I didn't see you were coming "I thought he rather go away with my reply but unexpected was spoken "Everyday an apology or work shit. Don't you have anything else to tell me?" I got surprised, what else I can say to him. He is my boss. I didn't know what to say, I tried walking away, but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards him. I was knocked on to his chest. It was like milliseconds. I heard his loud heartbeats. I felt nervous. Why is he like this? Then he was " you know rather than saying usual stuff, you can start saying something new to me. Like something I am passionate to hear about". I don't know what is he implying, I have never seen my boss talking like this to me. But I nodded my head and said "sure sir, I will try". Then I try to go away but still he got my hand also he was smirking at me. " sir can you please let go of my hand". He chuckled and "I wish I could "then he went away. I was sweating already it was like what the fuck just happened. 

Same things happen again but in a flirty way,

It was later in the morning, actually the coffee time. I went to his cabin whether to check he is up for a coffee. "Sir, what can I bring you today?". He checked me and leaned into his seat. Then smiled and said " if not coffee I want , would you give me anything else ?". I smiled. I instantly said "what is it sir?". He coughed a little then asked "I am craving for it daily still I haven't got it. I feel sick and crazy" I was not sure whether he was talking about a drink or a food and I asked "sir what is it? Do we have it in the shops around here". His eyes sparkled at my question and stood up. " No. he is in my office". " Sir, you meant a person?". " Yup. Will you pass a message for me to him?". " Sir can I know who is it then sure I can tell him." I didn't know he secretly liked someone at our company and definitely not a man. Anyway, he then said " tell the little donkey, I am in my last edge of control of myself not getting him and carrying him to my home. Also, he usually blabber nonsense, can't understand anything I say to him and..." " Sir whom to I have to tell?" He made a long sigh. " Bring me a black coffee". Then while I was turning away he came and adjusted my tie. " You should be concern about your clothes, if not someone will drag you". I was speechless. I ran to the door and went away. Why I am at his shots and attacks every time.

Late in the evening, my work was done. I was to head home. "Sir I will be leaving now, anything else I can do for you?". He was like thinking then he said to me wait till he finishes. I was waiting at my desk but I was too exhausted. Soon I was sleeping.
