Hello everyone, and a late Happy New Year, I hope you're doing fine and still interested in continuing to read my humble story, I want to thank you for the 1.1k views, it's good to know readers are still reading, and thank you for your encouragement, I love you <3

It's been hours inside the Dojo walls with maps hung on the walls; books and utensils scattered on the floor. Some of the occupants are still focused and trying to fill in all the information, others revising their part of the plan and fewer of the new recruits are fighting sleep, it's already past midnight and the queen knew war plans couldn't be done in one day and they still need the data the spy will provide by the coming days. Before she could rise and conclude the end of the meeting, one of the lieutenants raised his hand asking for permission to speak:

- Go ahead! The queen permitted.

- Earlier you mentioned one of our spies was captured by the enemy. What if he spills our secrets? He inquired.

- Never worry! Each spy has with him strong venom extracted from the fire vipers that live in the lowest part of the volcano, a small dosage and they will be out cold in seconds, they are ready for death to safeguard our tribe's secrets and safety. She answered confidently, however, deep inside she had a nagging feeling but as fast as it came she ignored it, she's a rationalist who doesn't believe in intuitions as her brother does. The thought of him in enemy hands made her heart squeeze inside her chest, 'Riff isn't weak, I'm sure he's alright and he will make it out safely before I reach him, not to mention the witch girl sure has a trick or two under her sleeves...' She was cut off from her thoughts by one of the presents.

- It's already too late your Majesty, and we already discussed the biggest parts of the raid.

- Of course! Tomorrow morning each of you will revise the plans with his squad separately and in late afternoon will meet again here if you have some points that need to be revised. You are dismissed! She ordered.

They left the room each one to his assigned barracks. A while after, two guards came and took the maps and books away, followed by two servants bringing their cleaning tools but the queen stopped them:

- I'm going to use the room; you can clean it afterward. She said

- Of course your Majesty! They left in a hurry after bowing deeply, sliding the doors shut. Not wasting a moment, she took off her heavy armor and put it in the corner, with confident strides she went to the Katana stand in the middle, a special ancient Katana only used by the rulers, she's not a kid anymore to use a wooden boomerang, she snorted in reflection to her youth.

Bowing deeply in prayers freeing her soul from earthly negative emotions, and clearing her mind she took the sword in a tight grip facing the north beginning her routine with Kendo* fighting style...

Sweat fell to the ground in heavy droplets, and harsh breathing echoed around the vast empty Dojo, without a warning the doors burst open revealing a panting guard, succumbing on his knees at the feet of the queen, he bowed deeply in discomfort.

- It better be a good reason to cut me in the middle of training, guard Epsilon. She said dropping the hand grasping the sword to her side without loosening her grip on the blade.

- I apologize your majesty about the intrusion ... He fell silent not knowing how to break the news to her.

- Speak fast, I don't think the news you're bringing me is worse than my brother's kidnapping. She growled.
