LEE KNOW POV

*I arrived and informed my dad that I'm home. He said okay. I was alone at home because I was the only child and didn't had any siblings, my mom was in the states because of some work and my dad was at the department.I went into my room and it was a mess as always. I sighed and plopped on my bed. I was lying down thinking about what I witnessed just a few minutes ago at Yn's house. Should I tell this to my dad? No.... I can't bring myself do that. It's obvious that she didn't want anyone to know aside from Seungmin.
That is why she hated it whenever I asked her questions. She avoided the topic because she didn't wanted to be figured out. Don't worry Yn..... I'll find a way to help you, to protect you, to keep you safe....... With me*
LEE KNOW: But until then, I can't let her know that I know. If she knew I've been snooping, the chance of building our friendship would be ruined, completely. We'll be back to square 1....

NEXT MORNING

*Yn is late today. She's never late. I felt super anxious about it. What if she got beaten again this morning? No no don't think that. I felt a light tap on my shoulder. I turned around and it was Chaeryoung, Seungmin was also sitting beside her. Ugh not her again*
CHAERYOUNG: Where is your tutor?
LEE KNOW: I don't know
CHAERYOUNG: Maybe she decided tutoring wasn't for her and she dipped *laughs* poor girl.
LEE KNOW: Shut up. You don't know anything *cold*
CHAERYOUNG: Ouch, what's with the cold aura? I know you're cold, But not normally with me...... It's okay I forgive you this time.
LEE KNOW: Are you done? Get lost.
CHAERYOUNG: Oh my, Lee know! You look so hot when you're being savage. Anyways, do you want me to be your tutor? Jagiya?
LEE KNOW: What did you just called me?
CHAERYOUNG: Jagiya. You're Korean right? You should know the meaning.
LEE KNOW: *sighs* Is your ass jealous by the amount of shit that just came out of your mouth? I'm pretty sure
*Seungmin snorted and tried not to laugh*
CHAERYOUNG: Then what should I call you?
LEE KNOW: I just want to be friend- zoned from you. Just call me Lee know or Minho.
CHAERYOUNG: But I don't want to friendzone you *pouts*
LEE KNOW: No, I WISH to be friendzoned from you. If not, I'll personally friendzone you myself.
CHAERYOUNG: Alright anyways, I'll tutor you. Because it seems like she's not gonna teach you. I promise I will help you alot! Just trust me with this one. Please?
LEE KNOW: Are you really deaf or just pretending to be? I don't like you romantically. I don't even like you. PERIOD
CHAERYOUNG: You- nevermind I guess your tutor is back.
*She rolled her eyes and went back to tutor Seungmin. I saw Yn approaching me. She had a thick makeup on, but I could still see her black eye, busted lip and bruises on her cheekbone and jawline. I felt so bad for her*
YN: Why are you looking at me like that?
LEE KNOW: Umm -uh- you're late........

YN: oh, I caught up with something. Sorry, it won't happen again.
*She smiled so warmly. How can she smile so easily even though she is suffering so much? She is truly a miracle. A day of sunlight in darkness. I scoffed in amazement as she casually sat down beside me*

YN POV

*Should I tell him I saw him talking to Chaeryoung? No I guess It's very weird and random. But seeing him talking to her made me mad for some reason.... It made me feel.... Empty inside... Sad of some sorts. But the reason it took me so long to get to the classes because I had to apply loads of makeup to hide the result for disobeying my parents. I don't wanna get homeschooled. I'm fucking tired of letting them control my life. I didn't realise but I was chewing my nails. The sign of anxiety getting the best of me. Am I really getting pulled out of the school? No.... No... I won't let them. I won't*
LEE KNOW: Hey...
*He used his pencil to tuck a strand of my hair behind my ear. I looked at him*
LEE KNOW: Are you okay? Is your anxiety acting up again?
YN: How do you know about my anxiety?
LEE KNOW: You've made it obvious throughout the years I've known you. What's bothering you girl?
YN: Nothing...... I just wished my life would be more simple.... So I didn't need to pull out from this school.
LEE KNOW: HUH? YOU'RE GETTING PULLED OUT FROM THIS SCHOOL? NO WAY!
*He said that quite loud and covered his mouth with his palms. Thank God there weren't any other students apart from me, him, Seungmin and Chaeryoung. Otherwise he would create a scene right here*
SEUNGMIN: Is that true Yn? You're leaving our school?
CHAERYOUNG: *mumbles* Thank God finally.
YN: Yeah.... It is..
SEUNGMIN: No, you're not going anywhere. You can't leave me like this. Stay with us. I don't have anyone other than you.
*He started tearing up and hugged me . Yeah he's really sensitive when it comes to me. I patted his back  broke the hug, wiped his tears*
YN: Hey puppy you promised me you won't cry when I leave. I want a happy farewell not a sad one. We will always keep in touch through SMS.
LEE KNOW: Don't go please..... Stay with me *He mumbled the last words*
YN: I'm sorry.......... I don't have any choice.
SEUNGMIN: But why are you going?
YN: *sighs* My mom has transferred to America and we have to move there. But promise me you would come atleast once in 3-4 months.
LEE KNOW:  Please don't go. Oh tell them you don't want to go.
YN: I've tried..... They don't ever listen
*At this point my life is nothing but lies. The bell rang and everyone went to their seats and teacher walked in*
TEACHER: Okay students, settle down please and open your books to start today's class.
*The teacher got everyone silent and everyone went back to their seats*

AFTER SCHOOL (AT HOME)

*I walked inside the living room hearing my parents venting to each other about me*
MOM: She is unbelievable!! This girl is getting it when she comes home!
DAD: I can't believe she did that! Doesn't she care about us at all?
*Should I make a run for it? It's nothing new. It'll be worse ran. I slowly made myself noticed by moving forward. My dad instantly started cracking his knuckles when he saw me*
DAD: You're dead. I was at the convenient store and one of your classmates was kind enough to mention how you're a backstabbing person!!
MOM: You told them the reason you're going, didn't you?
YN: N-no I made up a lie
DAD: ENOUGH WITH YOUR DAMN LIES!!
*He stomped towards me and instantly landed a punch on my abdomen. He began to kick and punch me. My mom helped*
*It literally went on for 3 hours straight. I was being slung around the house, my blood stained the carpets in each room. He was really trying to kill me. I started to dodge and escape*
MOM: Okay that's enough- THAT'S ENOUGH YOU'RE GONNA KILL HER!!
DAD: Not now- I'M STILL ANGRY!!!
*He grabbed the baseball bat we keep near the door (in case of robbers) and approached me. I couldn't take it anymore. I'm bleeding all over!! I backed up and quickly took off running stairs up to my room*
MOM: MIN STOP!
DAD: I'LL STOP WHEN I WANT TO STOP!
*I tried to escape from my window but my dad barged inside my room with my mom following him. He grabbed me by my neck and started to bang my head on the wall*
MOM: OH MY GOD STOP!!
*She started to smack his back. She was being super aggressive with each smack but he wouldn't budge*
MOM: IF YOU WON'T STOP RIGHT NOW, I SWEAR TO GOD YOU'RE GONNA REGRET IT!!
*He finally released me and I heaved for air. Gasping to stay alive. I fell on the floor, coughing*
MOM: Yn, please stay up here.
*She pushed him out and closed my door. She started to yell at him. He yelled back. I heard them arguing. I haven't heard them arguing in years........ It's time to carry out my plan........ My dad wants me to be gone.... So I'll help him to fulfill his wish*
