===========================================================
In the following months he would train each day and alongside training his body, would reluctantly study, even if it made his brain go foggy. He pushed his body to its limits and upon nearing the date of the entrance exam, he felt prepared. He had no doubt in his mind that he could pass, he hadn't come this far to fail at the first hurdle. The night before the exam he looked around his room, paying particular attention to the poster of All Might he had nestled within a collage of different posters and grips his fist, a wide grin of determination on his face.
Genzai: Strength is not just in your body... but the mind and soul. I don't know if I can ever come close to your level, but that doesn't mean I won't put my all into it... *Groans* aaaaand I'm talking to a poster, great.
He chuckles to himself before slumping down in his bed, barely able to contain his nerves and excitement, resulting in little sleep, not that he wasn't unfamiliar with the feeling. The next morning he awakes and hops up from bed, quickly dawning his uniform and getting ready to head off. On his way out he bumps into a little girl with short untamed black and white hair holding a bowl of cereal, knocking the contents into her face. Her eye twitches as she looks up at him. He scrunches up his face as his sister starts berating him.
Koyuki: You... couldn't.. just.. WATCH WHERE YOU ARE GOING! YOU'RE LUCKY YOU HAVE AN EXAM OR I'D TOTALLY KICK YOUR ASS.
He quickly scooches past her, repeatedly apologising and giggling heartily, patting her on the head and picking up his boots and scarf, hopping on one leg to the front door as he ties his lace. He shouts back into the house.
Yosuke: IM OFF! LOVE YOU ALL!
He begins to hear his mother rushing toward him, though a smothering is the last thing he needed at the moment so he quickly runs out the door, waving goodbye and starting to jog to the hill which U.A high laid upon. He had walked past it before on a few occasions, always enamored by the view, and now, for the first time, was walking through the gates. He was so entranced in fact, that he didn't notice the boy who was stood directly in front of him, poking his eye on one of the spikey tuffs of his red hair, letting out a yelp. The figure turns and laughs, apologising and rubbing the back of his neck.
???: Sorry man! Your eye okay?
Genzai: Ugh.. ow- hah! Yeah all good, cool hair!
???: Thanks! I actually dyed it.. like recently- I'm Eijiro Kirishima, nice to meet!
Genzai: Yosuke Genzai! Lets do our best in there Kirishima!
Kirishima: *Nodding* Yeah! With any luck I'll see you again in class!
With that said, he parts ways with Kirishima and enters the main building. It hadn't ever happened before.. did he just make a friend? He wasn't completely sure, but he admired Kirishima's headstrong attitude. Once he entered the building, he was sat down and began the written exam, it wasn't exactly easy, but he managed, it was what came next that excited him. He followed as they were brought into a hall and greeted by the voice hero, Present Mic, he very loudly explained how the practical exam would work and the point values of each faux villain. After it was explained, he was moved to the training area with a group, now wearing black joggers and a loose white shirt. He stood by the gate with his eyes closed, taking deep breaths in and out, trying to focus his concentration.. only for a loud voice to shout out, making his ears ring.
Present Mic: Okay, start!
All eyes darted up to the man in the tower above them who was hastily swinging his arms about.
