Hi, I'm your new neighbor! I just moved in next door and I wanted to introduce myself. I was going to bring over a plate of cookies, but then I realized I didn't have any sugar. So, I was wondering if I could borrow some?

Well, I guess I can start with my love for baking. Whenever I'm nervous or need an icebreaker I tend to start looking up recipes. Baking sweet desserts always seems to calm my nerves. Maybe it's because I know at the end of it I'll have a sweet treat haha.
