Sitting upon a rooftop, gazing around towards the lights of the towns, cities, and the dim fades of the stars in the night sky. Tonight marked the 4th anniversary of the rise of a villain, High Sight. Working with the League of Villains the whole time.
She wasn't a very well-known villain among the population of Japan. But was up there in the grading of an S-tier villain.
A fair few Pros have met High Sight. And Most of them have come back with some sort of beating.
They all described her the same way. Ruthless, secretive, and cold.
She had wings that stretched out wide, being white and red.
Her clothing mostly stayed the same: ragged pants with a hoodie. All black, always was will be.
The most part that stood out was the mask placed on her face. Whenever she was seen she always had a mask on. But not like a face mask. A whole mask that covered her whole face. It had black parts painted on.
And most of the time her voice sounded as if it wasn't hers when they were met with her. Almost Unreal, Unidentifiable.
Her hair wasn't able to be seen most of the time, but from time to time bits of hair were capable of being seen, white, red, or both.
For what else was visible? Not much.
Her quirk, on the other hand, was unique. She called it 'Triple Three.' Consists of manipulating fire, and ice, and has her wings as a use of flight. She was immune to the normal flame temperature, and the normal Ice temperate. But too much heat within the flame can cause burning on her hand and elsewhere it touches. As for her Ice part, anything too cold can give her Shards of crystal that stay within her wherever the ice reaches.

Other than that, no one knew anything about this villain.
Her proper name, her backstory, her family. Nothing.
All they knew was half her looks, her quirk, and her villain's name.
Now. The 4th anniversary.
Her backstory will come later. For now, a brief description.
Five years ago, she had run away from her household. Camping on the streets and in alleys. No one came looking for her. Not even a missing person's report. And from that day, she realized that the world didn't care for people. And ended up falling down the pathway of a villain a year later.
Within that first year, she wasn't a very well-known villain. Well, not as known as she is now. Meeting up with the LOV to join them, and Shigaraki accepted.
Within that period, she became more powerful and watches over the league on missions and tells them where to go.

Still sat on the rooftop, her hoodie down.
The wind rushed through her hair, swaying it to the side. The red blended in well with the white. Strand in strand.
She closed her eyes, taking in the one peaceful moment she had to herself.
She almost lifted her mask till she heard the landing of someone behind her. Was it a pro hero?
She swiftly put her hoodie up, adjusting her mask to feel more comfortable, and stood up.
Turning her body to the person behind her at the time. Or was it people?
She had turned around to see not one, but three people staring at her.
One only appeared to be a proper pro hero. The other two, UA students?
She steadied her ground, her head still facing towards the three.
It was a silence, staring at each other before High Sight spoke.

"What brings you heroes here."

By the tone of her voice, it was obvious that she was a bit annoyed. The one silent moment she had was now gone.
The first one to speak up was one of the UA Students, very loud and confident.
"We're here to beat your ass!" His tone of voice was one of a confident and fearless person. Following him was the older man's voice. A quite tired one and calm one.
"Katsuki." His eyes went down to the one that first talked. His rolling when meeting with the older, tired man.
"We're here to take you to the police department, High Sight. There's no point in trying to resist as there's three of us." The last boy spoke to High Sight. Their voice was familiar, in a way they couldn't explain.
She shook her head clear of thoughts before continuing with their not-so-friendly conversation.
"And if I don't cooperate?" she asked, a bit of a jokester tone within the words.
"It'll be the hard way." The older man replied quickly after.
High Sight's eyes went down, noticing the man's scarf. It didn't seem like a normal one. Then she noticed who the man was.
"Ahhh! Eraser Head! Lovely to finally meet you! Your colleagues have told me wonderful stories of you!" She said, laughing after her words. Finishing her little cackle to herself she continued her words, "Would these just so happen to be your students? Why take them instead of actual pros?"
Quickly, the kid named Katsuki stepped in. He seemed to have anger issues of some sort by the way he was so short-tempered, "Hey! We are the future pros and will be way better than these old pros!" He stepped forward towards the villain a bit before a hand stopped him, it was Eraser heads.
"Bakugo, don't" The other kid replied. Turning his head to him.
"Shut up Icy-Hot!" Bakugo yelled back.
