Quirk: Triple 3 (Made the name herself) -Ice: Mother -Fire: Father -Flight (Wing): Experiment done by the LOV
Appearance: White hair with red stands, white and red wings, red eyes, scars over the body, always either has a mask over her face or clipped onto her belt buckle, scar going from under her right eye down her face and neck, scar going across her nose bridge, burn scar on the left side of her jaw.
Personality: Most blank or cold, Angered easily, Manipulative, Rude, Sassy.
Likes: Darkness, LOV, Peace (Quiet)
Dislikes: Her Mother and Father (Likes mother more though), Her childhood, most of her scars (That are from @buse), Her name (More last name)
Backstory: Living in The Todoroki house wasn't easy for her. From an early age, she was neglected by her mother, only to be left with her @busive father, Endeavor. She was also overworked from time to time by him. When middle school came around, she started to get bullied by her classmates. Shoto, her younger brother by one year, was in a private school while she was put into a public school. Her parents didn't do anything about it, and by the 2nd year, she had enough of the bullying and @buse, running away from her household. She ended up staying in the streets for a bit before she found the LOV, asking to join them and they accepted. She was 13 when she was accepted, now being 17, and still committing crimes with the LOV and helping them out. Scars from @buse suck as burn marks and cut scars are still visible in the mess, she has on her of scars from fights with pro heroes. She isn't a well-known villain but is a very wanted crime she has committed mass murder, arson, and many more. Her wings make a quick getaway.

Triple Three:
She can control fire, like her father. Ice is like her mother and can fly from an experiment the LOV did on her (with her consent)
Her wings, like her father's hair and whatnot, can be covered in fire without any damage being done to them. This can be toggled on and off.
Her wings give her the ability to fly which is where she got the villain name 'High Sight' from.
ICE: She can control ice, at a regular, cold temperature it won't harm her but anything too cold can give her ice shards in her skin, which stay with her as a form of scar. From time to time getting a sharp pain in the area.
FIRE: She can control fire, at the regular temperature for fire she isn't harmed. But like her ice quirk If it gets too hot she can burn herself, leaving a burn-like skin effect, almost looking like Dabi's (Toya's) Skin, just a bit different.
ADVANTAGES: Able to use all 3 in one, quick moves, great mobility,
DISADVANTAGES: One mess-up could be a big deal, and usage of quirk can lead to tiredness, dizziness, and fatigue.
