Thin ice

Enid woke up the next day, Wednesday was still asleep next to her on the bed, she sat up and saw a pile of clothings on the floor

It was Wednesday's from last night, she walked over and picked them up wanting to put them in the laundry basket

Realizing that it was soaked in blood, Enid felt like she's going to throw up at the sight, she dropped the clothes and ran to the bathroom, slamming the door open

Then threw up, which woke Wednesday up, she looked around and got her gun out of the drawer it was a reflex

She went to the bathroom, lowering her gun when she saw it was just Enid, the blonde looked up seeing Wednesday with a gun in her hand

Pure horror on her face, the goth looked down and put the gun down immediately "why do you have a gun?!"

Wednesday was silent for a second "for protection, don't worry I haven't used it" another lie, but what could have she said?

'oh I'm in the mafia and I have to use my gun 24/7?' Wednesday smiled at her softly

"What happened?" The goth asked and helped Enid up from the floor "I wanted to put your clothes in the laundry"

The goth smiled and nodded "come let's get breakfast" Enid nodded with a big smile on her face, while the blonde went down stairs

She dressed up, dark blue jacket, with a black button up shirt, and some dark blue slacks, putting her gun in back of her pants

Then she walked down to the others, but first she went to find carlos "get rid of my clothes from last night" she whispered it to him who nodded and walked off

Then she went to find Enid, who was talking with morticia "we're going out to get some breakfast" the older woman nodded with a smile on her face

She led Enid out of the house and went to Wednesday black Mercedes, she opened the door for the blonde who smiled and sat into the car

Wednesday sat in the drivers seat
"I have never sat in a car like this" Enid said excitedly, Wednesday smiled and started the engine

Then drove off "want to see how fast it can go?" Wednesday asked Enid was hesitant but nodded, the goth smirked

She went to the highway, then slowly started going faster and faster, then car was over 100 mph, Enid was holding onto dear life

While Wednesday got comfortable, and stepped on the gas even more, leaving the cars behind, she overtook a lot of cars

The car was going 130mph, Enid was pale as the color white, Wednesday glanced at her, with a smile on her face

"Give me your hand, I'm here don't worry" Enid held the goths hand, then sirens were heard behind them, and the blue red light was seen

Wednesday pulled her gun out of her back "put this under the seat" Enid nodded and did what she was told to

The goth slowed down and stopped at the side of the road, the cop car stopped behind her, Wednesday turned the engine off

Enid was heavy breathing, still holding each other's hand, Wednesday kissed the top of the blonde's hand, the cop finally got there

"Ma'am you were way over the speed limit, almost causing multiple accidents, do you have an explanation?"

Wednesday opened the door and got out of the car "no officer I don't, but I think this might change your mind"

The goth said and pulled out a stash of cash, it was over a thousand dollars, the cop took it and smiled

"Drive normal, not every cop is like me, have a good day" he took the money and left, Wednesday sat back into the car

"He just let you go?" Enid asked in a surprised tone, Wednesday smirked
"I payed him, but don't worry, now let's get breakfast"

Wednesday drove normally now, they went to a coffee shop, and ordered some food for themselves

The goth was on thin ice..

She didn't realize it yet..

But she will..
