A little girl once happy and full of life is now an adult. Looking in the mirror each morning the woman wonders where that little girl went, and if she will ever see a trace of her again. Things that used to bring joy to the woman's life are now bringing sadness and regret for letting that little girl hide away. She knows the little girl is still inside herself hiding and wanting to be safe. The inner child waiting to be free watching life through the woman's eyes seeing all the sadness she's been through. Maybe someday someone will come along and heal her inner child so she can finally set her free.
