Battle For Love (Part 3)

"I.." John Dory said.

The  whole school was watching this.

"I like you," John Dory said.

"You do?" Isla asked.

"Yeah," John Dory said.

Nico was not happy to hear this.

"Back off," Nico said.

He pushed John Dory and John Dory fell down.

"Hey you mess with my brother you mess with me," Clay said.

"And me," Spruce said.

Floyd helped John Dory get back on his feet.

"Stay out of it," Nico said, "This is between me and John Dory."

Isla was concerned on what was going on.

"Isla," Nico said, "Your a beautiful troll and you deserve to be with me. Besides I've loved you way longer than him."

"Actually," John Dory said, "I've had a crush on Isla for 2 years."

"What?" Spruce asked.

"You never said anything," Clay said.

"I was afraid to," John Dory said, "But now I'm not afraid to admit it."

"He's lying," Nico said.

"Hold up," Floyd said, "I've with John my whole life and I can tell you he never lies."

John Dory walked up to Isla and pulled a purple lily out of his hair.

"I know that purple is your favorite color and your favorite flower is the lily," John Dory said, "So when I saw this I knew that you would like it."

Isla was amazed that John Dory knew a lot about her.

"Everybody knows that," Nico said, but Nico did not know that about Isla.

"It's beautiful John," Isla said.

"I like you for you you are," John Dory said, "Your personality not your looks."

"Isla, I'm waiting for that answer," Nico said.

"Nico I will...NOT... go out with you," Isla said.

"What?" Nico said, "But I thought you had feelings for me. In class you looked at me with dreamy eyes."

"I did have dreamy eyes," Isla said, "But I wasn't looking at you."

"You weren't?" Nico said, "Then who were you looking at?"

Then Isla looked at John Dory and walked to him.

"John I have feelings for you," Isla said.

"You do?" John asked.

"Yeah," Isla said,  "But I didn't know that you felt the same."

John Dory was amazed Isla had a crush on him.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" John Dory asked.

 Isla gave John Dory a hug.

"I'd like that," Isla said and then she gave him a kiss.

The school cheered at the news about Isla and John Dory being a couple.

"I knew that you could do it," Spruce said.

"Thanks," John Dory said, "I just needed to be myself."

"Looks like the match maker made a match with someone else," Skylar said.

"We told you that you could do it," Luna said.

"Guess I'm not the only match maker in the family," Isla said.

"Nah," Coral said, "We just helped you."

"Like you helped us," Luna said.

Later at night John Dory took Isla out to look at the stars. A moon bow appeared.

"A moon bow," John Dory said.

"A sign of love," Isla said.

Then Isla leaned against him.

"Love you John," Isla said.

"Love you too Isla," John Dory said.

He was happy to spend time with his girlfriend.
