Chapter 4: Seeking Solace In Spirits

Ever since that weird day, John couldn't see his wife the same way. Even though she seemed normal again, a spooky feeling stuck with him.

Every time John tried to get close to his wife, the scary face he saw that day popped up. It made him pull away from her bit by bit because it was bothering him a lot.

The creepy face kept appearing whenever he looked at her. Some nights, he stayed awake, waiting to see it again, but it never showed up. Even though his wife said she was okay, it stressed him out. So, he decided to do something about it.

He checked his lab and looked through the papers Mr. Joseph gave him, hoping to find answers. But, no luck. The papers only had strange rituals, nothing helpful.
