Much to Charlie's surprise, Amalia was not in his dreams that night.

When he woke up, he was very disappointed. He had so wished for her to be there. But, he decided not to dwell on it because he would be seeing her this morning.

He rolled out of bed, and put on a pair of black sweatpants, and brown nike hoodie, white nike socks, and low panda dunks.

He walked to his bathroom sleepily, and turned on the light. He walked over to the mirror above his sink, fixed his hair, and brushed his teeth. He heard his phone buzzing in his pocket, it was his mom.

"Hey, ma." Charlie said, answering with a smile. "Hey honey! Did you win your game last night?" his mother asked.

Charlie was originally from Cape Elizabeth, Maine. He grew up mainly around the cold ocean, which is why he's so comfortable in the cold. His family still lives lives in Maine, which is why his mom was asking if they won the game.

Charlie has an older sister, Beatrice (Bea for short), and she has 2 adorable kids. Her daughter, Lena, is 4 years old. And her son, Alexander, is 2 years old. Bea's husband, Adam, is in the navy, but they luckily don't have to move around.

"Yeah we did! We're undefeated so far!" Charlie said. "That's great honey! Today, we're hosting a dinner party with a bunch of people from town, the Hudson's are gonna be here tonight." His mom said.

Charlie had a history with the Hudson girls. It's safe to say that he wasn't the purest in high school. Elaina and Isabelle Hudson were twins, and the basic small town mean girls.  They always had to have the best clothes, the best shoes, and the best boyfriend. That boyfriend, was Charlie.

The Hudson twins constantly fought over Charlie. Charlie was dating Elaina. They were the talk of the town. But of course, that took away spotlight from Isabelle. Isabelle, to say the least, was jealous. The limelight had always been on her and her sister, not just her sister. So she came up with a plan.

The plan was to get Charlie away from Elaina, so Isabelle could take him for herself. So one time at a party, Isabelle asked Elaina and Charlie to play a drinking game with her and their friends.

"Why not?" Charlie had said, and leaned down to kiss Elaina. Isabelle smirked, her plan was falling into place.

"Ok, so we're playing 'Never Have I Ever'. Does everyone know the rules?" Isabelle said to the room full of people, and they all whooped in agreement.

"Alright, I'll go first. Never have I ever... dated a twin." Isabelle said, knowing Charlie would drink. Everyone laughed as Charlie took a swig of his twisted tea.

"Never have I ever made out with someone in a room full of people." Someone asked, which caused Charlie, and others, to drink.

The game kept continuing until everyone was flat out wasted, except for Elaina and Isabelle. Elaina and Isabelle were not a fan of being blackout drunk.

"Hey, Laney? Could you go call dad and tell him we'll be a little past curfew? Say that... we got caught up in girl drama at Stephanie's house." Isabelle said. "Why can't you do it? You know I can't go outside in these heels." Elaine replied. "Just do it." Isabelle said. Elaine walked outside with a scoff.

Everything was going the way it was supposed to.

Isabelle went to the bathroom to fix her hair the exact same way Elaina had it, and then walked back out to find Charlie.

"Hey, Char." Isabelle said. "H-Hey.. LAney." Charlie said sloppily. Charlie was trying to maintain his balance. "Do you wanna get out of here?" Isabelle asked him. Charlie smirked, then nodded in agreement.
