Carlos pov

Playing basketball with the guys was fun I was sweating so I took my shirt off and went inside the ladies are cooking with charles in the kitchen

Arthur lead me too charles old room to take a shower. 45 minutes later I wrapped a towel around my waist and stepped out the shower and opened the door

I got dressed and left my hair wet with water dripping on my face down my neck I went down with maxie and danny

We went to the dinning room I sat down in a chair and went on my phone

i got a text from a good friend of mine that owns a jewelry store that the surprise for charles is ready he send a photo

Charles then sat next to me and I turn off my phone immediately so he can't see the photo he asked " why did you turn off your phone babe " he looks at me

When I mean everyone turned around I mean everyone I looked away thinking of a excuse

" Uhh-umm b-business stuff I don't want your pretty head worrying about this " I answered scratching the back off my head

He gonna see right through my lies I'm not good at lying when it comes to charles but I need to keep this a secret

" and after lunch I have to leave and go pick some suits up with Arthur " I looked at him signaling to help me

" yeah we made an appointment and you have to get ready and y'all are going on a date " Arthur said I looked at him

" you didn't forget to tell him did carlos " he sighed and shook his head smiling " what is he talking about babe " charles asked looking at for answers

" yeah what he said were going on a date that I planned " I said i made reservations for his favorite restaurant privately

Considering the media attention I know he doesn't like it when people are staring while his eating

He looked at me smiling and continued eating I just put my hand on his tight and ate of course Arthur knew about my plans

We ate and left to the jewelry store and picked up the promise ring and the matching bracelet then we went to the suit shop

I gave arthur charles suit and went up to get ready and showered put on my suit and earrings

I went downstairs waiting for charles and looking in the mirror checking I heard a voice behind

" sometimes I still find it hard to believe your mine " I turned around and the air is knocked out off me

I tried to say something but nothing came out but I looked him up and down biting my lip he looks amazing words can't describe how beautiful he looked
