15.Musashi Festival

You were very happy walking back to your house. You had said your goodbyes to everyone as your brother sent you a text.

You were so excited to go to the festival with someone other than Takemichi.

'Wait', you stopped abruptly. 'Do I still have my kimono?!'

Since you haven't gone to a festival in a while, you were unsure if you still have your kimono and if it fits.

You rushed home and prayed your mother was there, you were going to need her help.

You began yelling for her as you hastily took off your shoes.

"Yes! Yes! I can hear you Y/n!", you found her in the sitting room as your came sliding in on your socks.

"Where is my good kimono?!", you said it very quickly.

"Your 'good kimono'? Do you mean your purple one? It should be hanging up in my wardrobe in a plastic covering", she didn't turn her attention away from the tv as she directed you upstairs.

You raced up the stairs, almost bumping into Mina as she was coming down.

You were moving quickly as you were a bit stressed. If your purple kimono didn't fit anymore, you didn't know what else you could wear.

You rushed into your parent's room and tore open the wardrobe. You pushed everything out of your way as you looked for the kimono and thankfully you found it.

You held it up to yourself but trying it on would be better.

Putting it on wasn't a problem and it did indeed fit and you were overjoyed.

The kimono was a beautiful dark purple with pink and white flowers decorating it. The belt around your waist was a pale purple, it also had a fan with it but you weren't going to bring it. Your brown zori shoes and tabi socks were also there which saved you the trouble of having to buy some.

You admired the kimono for a while until you took it off and placed it gently on your bed.

Pulling your phone out of your pocket, you saw you had been added to a groupchat with Hinata and Emma.
