10 ways to tell your story is to cliché.

This wonderful topic was suggested by Ms. Spahkle.

1)You have the main guy a jock and the main girl a nerd who are best friends with each other, and that nerd has strong hidden feelings for the jock. Then after pointless, pointless drama, the jock realizes he loves the nerd more than anything.

2)Arranged Marriages, I don’t know why people like those…but yeah, that would be strongly disliked in my town.

3)A love triangle, more specifically a vampire love triangle.

4)Teen pregnancies, yeah, my aunt was a teen mom and a lot of shizz didn’t work out for her like it does for girls in stories on here.

5)Yes, they will be in high school. I’m not even in high school…and I’m writing about a 22 year old. (Hey, I’m trying. :p)

6)Those good for nothing, filthy rich and most popular playboys. No comment except…REALLY?!

7)The girl never had her first kiss. I don’t know about other countries, but freaking 10 year olds have had or will soon have their first kiss here in U.S.A and Canada. (I’m not too sure about America but I know Canada has some pretty bad youngsters.)

8)As I said before…your story will begin with an alarm clock.

9)Your character wakes up drunk and married. Yikes.

10)And lastly, people will comment saying ‘This is so cliché.’

That ladies and gents will be a OWN.
