3rd person POV

Hoodie wanted to surprise his boyfriend with a gift as Alex had been extra stressed and easy to anger recently. So he went to Alex's house with his hood and mask on. He watched through the window until he saw Alex go to put his trash out. Then, Hoodie went in through the window and went to hide in Alex's closet.

He waited in place until he heard Alex come back in the room. Hoodie thought he had been sneaky, but he had forgotten to shut the window after he had entered through it previously.

"I know you're in here, Hoodie," Alex said in a tone that Brain couldn't quite make out if it was good or bad. Hoodie climbed out the closet and dusted himself off. He still his the gift behind his back. He laughed nervously, and Alex stepped forward and pulled Hoodies mask off.

Brian stood there with a smug but awkward grin plastered on his face.
"Hey, hun-" He said with slight nerve in his voice.
"Why are you in my house?" Alex asked as he pulled Brian's hood off too, running his hand through Brian's silky hair.

"You've seemed more... uhh... stressed and irritated recently, " Brian admitted."So I came here and brought you a gift!"
Brian held the gift out towards Alex with a hopeful glint in his eyes. Alex looked at Brian, then at the gift and took the box from Brian's hands.

He slowly opened it to find a new notebook, his favourite snacks and a few pictures of Alex and Brian together. Brian looked at Alex to see if his expression shifted from his usual irritated look and for some validation. Alex's expression did indeed soften, and he smiled at Brian before pulling him into an embrace.

Brian blushed and kissed Alex's soft lips, Alex returning the kiss to Brian.
"Thank you sweetie," Alex smiled and put his forehead to Brian's. "I love you"
"I love you too hun" Brian smiled in his usual cheery fashion.
