Waking up with half of her bed a mess — for the past few months, is not normal, Suguru died, and him living inside of the apartment whilst they dated, this was an everyday occurance.

Now, however, this scared her. Why was half of her bed slept in when she hadn't slept on that side since Suguru passed away?

Rubbing her eyes tiredly and sitting up with her heart thumping loudly in her chest, she looked around the room.
Everything was the same, nothing stolen or misplaced. Even then, nothing had been moved a centimeter.

"What the fuck..." she mumbles, hoping that this is just her being tired, that waking up has confused her thought process.

Maybe she slept on that side, never on purpose, but accidentally? That's always an alternative, at least an alternative thinking, rather than that, someone broke into her house and just slept in her bed and then left.

She hears a sound coming from the kitchen, which shouldn't have been a surprise, since Suguru was always a morning person, but it is a shock, Suguru is dead, and he has been for months now.

Someone, or maybe even curse, is inside of her apartment. She could hear the sound of the tap dripping water, the sound of something opening up and then closing again, the faint sound of footsteps moving around within her kitchen.

She got out of bed and walked into the kitchen, where she saw Suguru, sitting there, having coffee. He was looking down at his phone, looking up to look back at her, smiling slightly from the sight of her.

She stops in her tracks. She stares at him, her eyes wide as the shock causes her mouth to go agape. It's impossible. Impossible. She's going insane, this has to be a joke.

"Suguru..." she whispers, approaching him slowly, her hands shaking, and her heart beating fast. She doesn't want to touch him — she doesn't understand what's going on — she's terrified of the consequences. "You're... Dead..."

"Do you remember last night, my love? Or were you so tired you forgot that you fell asleep on my lap?"

She stares at him, her breath catching her throat. "You're not supposed to be here," she whispers, approaching him, her hands reaching up to touch his skin, feeling his flesh, she can touch him. She's not dreaming, or imagining things, she's not going insane. She looks behind her, around her apartment, just to make sure she's not.

"Suguru... how... how are you here?"

"Don't worry, love. I'm alive now, and I promise you, I'm never going to leave you again." Suguru reaches his hand up and caresses her cheek softly, bringing her closer to him until her face is pressed against his, her lips inches away from his. The feel of her soft skin against his own is so addictive and comforting; it feels like he's found heaven within this woman, like she's everything he could ever want, he's finally met her.

"Do you recall what I told you last night, when we were together on the couch?" he asks her, his fingers gently rubbing her forehead back and forth. "I told you I'm alive now. I'm truly alive, so please stop crying and looking at me with such a frightening expression; it makes me feel bad."

Suguru's fingers touch along her cheeks, wiping away her tears and caressing her face. He takes his other hand, placing it on the back of her head, he pulls her body onto his, her body pressed against him, the heat that radiates from her body making him so happy and warm.

She lets let out a sob, wrapping her arms around his neck, pressing her body against his. "I'm sorry, I'm just shocked, I thought you were dead... I thought I'd lost you, Gojo... he...he killed you." She cries into his chest, gripping onto him tightly.

Suguru gently brings a hand behind her head, kissing her forehead, her nose, her cheeks, and eventually her lips. "You couldn't lose me, my love. I'm here now, so please calm down, I know Gojo hurt me really bad... I mean, look at the stitches on my head. It's a pretty bad injury, huh?"

"Yes... it's a pretty big injury. It looks painful." She lets out a small, nervous giggle, rubbing his stiches on his head, hoping to cheer him up, feeling the thin string like material against her finger tips. "Why are you being so calm?" she asks, her smile slightly fading.

"Because I don't see the point in worrying about the past. It's over and done, we can't change what has already happened, all we can do now is look forward." Suguru nods his head reassuringly, his purple eyes beaming softly as he stares into her eyes. She can easily tell he's trying to cheer her up.

"Everything is going to be alright, my love." He pauses for a moment, taking her hands into his, "And no one is going to hurt either of us, ever again. I have pretty big plans in Shibuya soon."

His words make her feel a little bit better, but they also bring up that familiar uneasy sensation in her stomach — her heart beats fast as she can't stop thinking of the what ifs. She's trying her best to push those thoughts to the corner of her mind, but it's hard.

"Plans in Shibuya, huh?" she whispers, trying to change the subject, focusing on her surroundings.

He nods his head, letting his fingers slip away from hers, placing them on her shoulders, softly massaging them.

"Yes, plans in Shibuya. I don't want to make any promises, but our future together is looking very bright, my love." He whispers into her ear, his hands sliding down her back as he pulls her even closer to him. She can feel his heart pounding against her chest, making her own heart beat faster in response.

"We're going to be much more than just lovers." The thought of Suguru having plans make her even more uneasy when he says 'our' future, feeling like he's including her as a part of it, but she blushes anyway at his words.

"I mean, of course we'll always be lovers, but this isn't just about us..." She feels Suguru's hand run down her back, her body trembling as his touch makes her breath short. He's pulling her in close, but she can tell something is wrong.

Her heart is beating fast, and her hands are clasped together tightly, twisting the fabric of her sweater. "Suguru..." she whispers his name softly, "...what are you not telling me?" she asks him worried.

"It's nothing, my love," He tells her, rubbing her shoulder blades, his voice soft and low, hoping to ease her mind. "Everything is going to be okay. There's nothing you need to worry about," Suguru reassures her, wanting nothing more than for her to be comfortable in his presence. But the way she's twisting that sweater between her fingers is worrying him.

"Look at me," he says gently, pulling her into his arms. She glances up at him, and he smiles softly, "Everything is going to be alright."

She doesn't look convinced, but she lets out a trembling sigh and relaxes in his embrace, her hands slowly letting go of her sweater. "Okay..." she whispers, leaning her head against his shoulder, his purple eyes peering down at hers. The way he wraps his arms around her and pulls her tightly against him makes her feel safe. She sighs, the warmth from his body slowly spreading through her own.

Though her heart is still racing, and a chill runs up her spine when he mentions having plans in Shibuya, she can't help but let her guard down and trust him. She knows how evil Suguru can be.
