Zoey Matthew's is Heras only heir. It's true when they say she's a blood child, for the fact that she literally is.

Hera is the goddess of many things, however marriage is her main value. Since she is lawfully married to Zeus she refuses to have children in honor of their marriage. So the one way she could have a child is by mixing her blood with the one she chooses and places a peacock feather on top. Once she lights it on fire the blood turns into ashes which becomes a baby.

Hera decided to name her only child Zoey. In Greek, the name Zoey means life.
