Chapter 20: Ravenclaw dormitory

Today is the Quidditch match between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. Neither Taehyun's nor my house is playing today. Hence, it was a good excuse for the both of us to spend some quality time with each other.

So...

I kinda sneaked into the Ravenclaw common room and into Taehyun's dorm room. To our whip hand, all the Ravenclaws were eager to watch the match.

So were Caspian and Ivy.

So, it wasn't quite strenuous to execute this little plan. I fibbed to them that I wasn't quite well and sought some isolation.

Whereas, the truth was that I was in the Ravenclaw boys' dormitory, in Taehyun's room, to be specific.

We've managed to decieve everyone. We've kept our relationship covert. We meet behind closed doors at every chance we get. The past days have been...happy. I can't help but get butterflies around him. There's this thing called 'spark' between us.

But isn't this how all the relationships are at the beginning?

Without giving a damn for the future, I relish, all these moments with him. The way we pass each other glances whenever we pass each other, the way we often communicate through owls under am alias, all while no one has a clue what is going on between us.

"Still no lead on the trespassing of your room?" Taehyun offered me a chocolate frog as both of us were settled on the floor, backs inclined against the bed.

The weather was dull.

The lamps weren't lit. Faint light got through the windows. I like this dimly lit atmosphere.

"No. But I swear the moment I lay my hands on the person who dared to do this misconduct, they won't be spared. I'm even willing to pull an unforgivable curse on them." I chewed the chocolate frog furiously.

"But none of your stuff was missing, were any?" Taehyun turned to me.

"No. But the trespassing is unforgivable." I replied, gravely. Taehyun sniggered. "Maybe it was just Thea or Zoe and are just too dread to say the truth. Whatever it is, keep your time-turner safe. It's a priced possession, now, isn't it? It's hard earned."

"Yeah. So, I carry that around with myself all the time." I tossed the last bit of the chocolate frog into my mouth.

"Good." Taehyun said.

"Who do you think will win the match today?" Taehyun wondered,staring out of the window. "Who cares? The cup is ours anyway." I smirked, turning to him.

"Not if my house snatches it." Taehyun turned to me as well. "You Ravenclaws are boring and nothing but a poindexter." I sneered. "Is that so? Miss Avery?" Taehyun raised both of his brows, blinking a few times, amused.

"I bet you Ravenclaws are good at nothing but studies." I rolled my eyes, sassily.

"You have no clue what other things I am good at, Miss Avery." He gazed into my eyes, passionately.

Though it made me giddy, I didn't let it show. I grabbed him by his collar and pulled him in. "If you're so confident about it, why don't you show it to me then?" I gazed at his lips, seductively.

"Oh Y/n, you're too alluring."

He grabbed one side of my face and pulled me into a kiss. I closed my eyes to enjoy the moment. However, just at the second our lips met each other, someone furiously knocked onto the door.

We parted, alarmed.

"You said no one would be here!" I whisper-yelled. "No one was supposed to!" Taehyun defended himself. He but his lower lip. I don't really mind being caught while snogging. But we're supposed to be secretive, aren't we?
