"It's officially the first day of summer!" Justin screamed as he got off the bus. Liz and I followed behind screaming "SENIORS!" We were officially seniors as we handed in our last test of junior year. Morgan, with one test left, hears Liz and I screaming. "No no no no you guys can't be seniors already this is not happening oh no. I'm still a junior you guys can't be seniors. I STILL HAVE ONE MORE TEST" Morgan cries to us, her three best friends. "Hey for good luck on your last test, let's bring you to our favorite spot in town" Justin said smirking at Morgan. Justin and Morgan always had a little something for each other but neither of them wanted to admit it. Justin was the first out of the five to drive. He drove us to our favorite spot in town, the old ice cream shop. We have been going there since we were kids. It's been our annual tradition to go there on our last day of school. On the way there we picked up Dylan. I've always had little crushes on Dylan from time to time but I always knew that he was too good for me and we were just friends. After getting ice cream, Liz suggested dinner at her place. Liz's mom made the best home made mac and cheese. "Let's stay here all night just the 5 of us it'll be our first summer party" Liz said pulling out sleeping bags and a tent. "I guess I don't had to study for physics, I've been doing good anyways" Morgan said as she crawled up in a ball next to Justin. We stayed by the fire, made s'mores, and sang songs all night long till we went to sleep in the tent that we have been using since kids. First day of summer, done with.
