Personality: He doesn't usually try to be mean, but often comes off as rude or cold hearted at times. Xey are good at hard, but it takes awhile to warm up. He's quite oblivious to things like flirting or anything like that. He's a workaholic, and is loyal aswell. Xey always double check, even triple check things, and is quite the perfectionist. Ij his past time, which is very rare, he's usually reading something.

Appearence: A pale grey-blue, with spots/freckles of dark blue over snout, spine, and wing tips. He has lighter blue freckles/spots blended in and across their talons and spine.They have sharp talons, and their left horn is chipped from an injury when they was younger;-;.

Backstory: Basically was dropped in the Icewing kingdom after his parets baialy sai 'ew child.' He's just lived around for awhile. Froze a dragonet when he was younger

Ok, so overall I give Nieves a 7.9/10. I was quite confused in his backstory and it didn't give me anything about him other than "he was abandoned" but I would have preferred some more details and background, as that is what a backstory is, even a brief one. I think maybe also some more clarification sexuality? Other than that this is a nice and original character, well done!
