delilah pov:

i had just finished cooking breakfast for maya. she was sitting and talking while i was texting matt. matt was going to come over early since he was spending the whole day with miss maya. she talked on and on about how much she loves matt.

matt knocked on the door and maya ran towards the door screaming daddy daddy and jumping around like a monkey (reminds me of some1) i opened the door and she put her arms up. "daddy! hi daddy!" maya screamed.

"hi maya bug" matt said while putting his bag down. he was sleeping tonight in the spare room i had. (or is he?) he picked her up and she played with his chain. "i missed you maya bug" matt said while kissing her cheek.

"im sorry about yest-" maya was saying before matt cut her off. "shh don't apologize for anything you said yesterday. its a new day alright? you're fine. right now you have daddys full attention." matt said.

i could burst into tears right then and there.

"whats first daddy?" maya asked sitting on matts lap on the couch. "let me talk to your mommy first. you sit on the floor and play with your play kitchen. cook daddy umm something yummy! okay?" matt said putting maya down.

"okay!" maya said walking towards her pink play kitchen. "i missed you so much pretty girl." matt said looking at me with his arms open. i hugged him super tight and he kissed my head. "me too." i said.

"mommy! daddy!" maya said. "yes maya bug?" matt said. "ice cream truck! outside!" she screamed. "you want one?" i asked. "yes yes please mommy!" maya begged. "ill get it for her delilah don't worry. come here sweetie." matt said opening his arms for maya and picking her up and taking her outside.

matt pov:

"which one maya bug?" i asked. she pointed to the spongebob one. "which one would mommy want?" i asked. "ooo! this pink one!" maya said pointint to a strawberry bar. i got both and paid and we went inside.

"aww matt you shouldn't have" delilah said while i handed her the strawberry ice cream. "mommy look!" maya said showing her the spongebob icecream. "here baby lets sit at the table. so we don't make a mess" i said.

"daddy? you want some?" maya offered me her ice cream. "no baby you enjoy that. its for a special little maya bug." i said while booping her nose. she giggled. "matt." delilah said calling me over.

"maya bug. ill be right back." i said and she nodded. i went over with delilah and she pulled me close and kissed me. (AAAAA) i pulled her close by her waist and she wrapped her arms around my neck. 

"i love you." she said. "i love you more my precious delilah." i said while kissing her forehead.

"YAY DADDY MOMMY LOVE EACHOTHER" maya yelled. we both laughed.
