Later that evening, when Ryan arrived back at home, he sneaked up to his bedroom with the helmet he had just discovered. He cautiously checked every room and peeked around every corner to check whether his parents were home, which luckily for Ryan, they weren't.

Once in his bedroom, Ryan lifted the helmet onto his desk, pushing his laptop and other various technologies aside, before taking a seat in front of it to examine it closer. Ryan was puzzled by what on earth he could possibly be looking at and couldn't stop thinking about the moment when that laser shot from his finger.

He rose from his seat suddenly and crossed his arms before saying to the helmet, "alright, little guy, I want answers. What exactly are you?".

The mysterious helmet stayed silent as its smiley facial expression changed to show a blank thinking look.

The helmet then replied in a strange alien language of its own "bweep-dun-bloop". Ryan sighed after hearing the response, "that doesn't help me very much" he said impatiently, whilst trying to think of another question.

"The laser that came out of my finger, was that you who did that?" Ryan asked.

The helmet's facial expression then turned back into a smile as its bright green, glowing, "x" shaped eyes looked towards Ryan's hands.  Ryan lifted his hands up and looked at them, only to find that they were glowing with bright green energy fields, circling around each hand.

Ryan stared at his glowing hands, astonished by what he was seeing "what is this?, what did you do to me?" mumbled Ryan under his breath.  The helmet then bounced upwards from the desk and hovered in mid-air as another green energy field appeared around it.  Ryan took a few steps back as he watched multiple different objects in the room begin to glow green and float upwards, until he tripped backwards onto his bed, where he too began to float.

This carried on for a few seconds until all the floating objects in the room, including Ryan himself, suddenly stopped glowing and fell back down. Ryan sat up on his bed, he was exhausted from whatever it was that had just happened, and looked back at the helmet who also seemed to look quite tired as it yawned with a soft "weeep" sound.

"You know what, I think I'll probably just head to bed, we'll talk more in the morning", Ryan tiredly mumbled, taking off his grey hoodie and launching it into the corner of his room before flopping onto his bed. Just as Ryan was about to drift off to sleep, the helmet suddenly jumped up onto the bed and snuggled up next to him, before the two of them fell asleep almost instantly.

When morning came, Ellie and Lee were repairing their holo-bikes after Ryan had knocked them over, causing some damage.  Suddenly, Ellie's phone started ringing on a table across the garage.

"Hey Lee, could you get that please, I'm kinda busy right now" Ellie said.

"Oh yes, of course" Lee replied energetically as he waddled over to the phone and found that the call was from Ryan. He answered the call, cheerfully greeting Ryan as usual "Good morning Ryan, how are you?".
