(Derek pulls into car garage to park the Benz and calls Chanel but no answer) "starts texting chanel" derek : hey baby I called you 2 times I guess you  made it to your destination before me Atlanta traffic is crazy busy I need start leaving the house earlier than usual from now on lol but I made it here 5 minutes early I just wanted to hear your voice that's all . Call me when ever you can baby or text me  I love you. (Derek starts walking to the building to go in) Ciara  : hi you must be Derek carpender ! (Reaches out to shake his hand) Derek : yes I am ! May I ask who you are ? Ciara : I'm Ciara I'm your assistant so if you ever need anything I'm the one you call on . I'll bring you coffee every morning if you'd like as well? Derek : ha my wife makes sure to do that at home but if she ever forgets I'll let you know haha Ciara : yes sir , let me take you to your office . Derek : that'll be great . ( Chanel just seeing Derek's calls and messages , she try's calling but no answer ) "Chanel : hi baby I'm just seeing this was showing a home I'm getting some food now baby the showing went great he wants the house ! My first house and he's getting it like wow, call when you can" ciara : so this is your office Derek : damn this is dope with the view ciara : very nice . I knew you'd like it Derek : oh yeah ? how'd you know id like it ? Ciara : just by looking at you Derek: so basically reading me ? Haha ciara : haha basically. my office is right across the hall if you ever need anything and just make your self comfortable, decorate it how you like and I'll be right back Derek : i don't know about the decorating part but yes ma'am got it . Ciara : haha of course , be right back mr . Carpender . (Derek watches her walk out and then picks up his phone to see Chanel text he hurries and calls her , Chanel picks up) Chanel : baby hello?! Derek : baby you closed on the house ? Chanel : well not fully you know it takes time but he wants it , he's getting it ! Derek : baby that's so good I'm so proud of you! To do that on your first house down here baby is incredible! Chanel : I know baby and you should've seen the house it was so beautiful! Derek : like as beautiful as our home and you ? Chanel : haha yes baby breath taking ! Everything was beautiful. Derek : shit sound like you describing yourself for real . Chanel : haha oh stop it , how's your office ? (Derek puts Chanel on speaker to put his belongings down) Derek : oh baby it's the view I lov.. Ciara : you all settled in mr.carpender ? Chanel : who's that babe ? Derek : oh Courtney my assistant I have an assistant. Chanel : an assistant ? You didn't have one back home ? Derek : apparently I do here Chanel : so like she assist as an answer your calls? Make appointments? Get you coffee ? Stuff like that derek : yeah ?( derek looks at Courtney ) Courtney : yes . Derek : yes baby . Chanel : hmm . Courtney : hi mrs. carpender it is a pleasure to meet you , I'll make sure mr. Carpender has everything he needs done . Chanel : hmph (says in a smart way ) Derek : okayy um Courtney I'll call you back in here once I'm settled in if that's okay with you ? Courtney: perfectly fine take your time mr.carpender . Derek : thank you ! (Courtney walks away and shuts his office door) Chanel : I don't like her . Derek : you haven't even met her . Chanel : I just did . Derek : not the same thing as in person . Chanel : it sounded like she wanted to assistant everything else other than work mr. Car pen der . Derek : haha baby chill alright , I'll call you soon as I'm done here alright . Chanel : alright Derek : I love you woman . Chanel : I love you to goodbye . Derek : bye baby .
