Din really needed to learn to pick his battles. He was getting a little tired of getting thrown around by some strong hairy creature that he never should have even breathed near in the first place. Luckily for him though, Luke seemed to come to an understanding with the smuggler after having him immobilized by two lightsabers at his throat.

It had been quite a sight, even from across the clearing with his head being pressed into the ground and a large paw obstructing half his view. He was able to hear Luke's commanding voice and wondered when he got the guts to talk like that.

Din could feel himself slowly rising back to full awareness, which sucked because of the pain in his back from the Wookie body slamming him into the dirt. He'd probably have a bruise the size of his back plate by the end of the day.

Din groaned as he sat up and suddenly Luke was by his side, lightsabers extinguished on the ground beside him. "Go slow," he instructed. He helped him to get fully into a seated position and then lifted him to his feet.

"We've been here before," Din recalled, thinking of the walk back from the mudhorn's den.

"Play nice and I'll get you some bacta," Luke told him as they began to shuffle back over to Solo and his Wookie. "He needs to sit down, let us on your ship."

"Call off your sniper and I'll consider it," Solo requested. Din hated him already, from the stupid way he stood with his hands looped in his belt, to the smug expression on his face.

Luke huffed a breath, but complied, holding up a hand in the same way Omera had to tell them to stop. He then curled all his fingers except for his first finger, which he pointed to the sky and drew a tight circle with. Finally, he gestured in the direction of the village before making a waving direction. In all, the message told her to regroup back at the village and not to worry about Din and himself. "She's leaving now."

Solo looked around in the woods like he would be able to see her, which would have been impossible, even Din had no idea where she was, one shot not being enough to properly gauge her position.

"Can we go inside now?" Luke said in a tone that made it clear he wasn't asking. "He needs to sit down."

"Fine, yeah right this way," Solo gestured for them to follow as he made his way up the ramp into the ship. He was followed closely by the Wookie who said something to him. "I know, Chewie, but we have to at least comm her. The long-range transmitter is still up right?"

They continued talking as they made their way through the ship to the table, where Luke lowered Din onto a bench. He tried to pay attention to what they were saying, but the pounding in his head was reaching a point where he was starting to notice spots. He probably had a concussion.

"So, how long have you been hiding out here Kid?" he heard Solo ask. He was probably talking to Luke, who Din heard say something about it being none of his business.

"Bacta," he spoke up, reaching out to bump his hand against Luke's leg since it was the nearest thing. "I need bacta now, and I need-" he took a deep breath, trying to clear his head before continuing. "I need to take off my helmet."

Luke nodded in understanding and started ordering around Solo and the Wookie until a small box containing a few patches and some gel as well as a hand-held mirror clattered onto the table in front of Din. "We'll be just down the hall," Luke told him, "I'll make sure they don't try to bother you, shout if you need me."

"Okay." Din listened to the sound of their fading footsteps and conversation before disengaging the seal on his helmet to assess the damage.
