Hey y'all! First chapter!!

I've been working on this one forever, so I hope y'all are excited! Enjoy :)

"Well, yeah, that's just another reason I hate physics."

Peter laughed as he watched Nico huff through the video call. "You'd probably get it if you went to class once in a while. It's only hard 'cause you never go."

"Nah, it's always bad. Anyway, why would I go? If I skip, I get an extra hour for lunch."

Peter rolled his eyes but smiled anyway. It was just like Nico to skip his hard classes, especially when he knew Peter would help him anyway. Not that he minded; Nico was his first boyfriend, after all.

"So, are we still hanging out tomorrow?" Nico asked, glancing away from his phone, his dark brown hair covering the camera.

Peter winced when he looked away. He had wanted to hang out tonight but Peter's "internship" got in the way. He felt guilty about not being able to hang out so often.

"Uh, yeah. We're seeing that movie, right?"

"Yup. I got the tickets and everything. Meet you there tomorrow? Maybe we can get food or something after too." He grinned and Peter couldn't help but return the smile.

"Yeah, that works. Anyway, I gotta go to the internship."

Nico sighed. "Alright, see you tomorrow then."

"Bye."

It was clear Nico didn't like his internship. It took up a lot of his time and to be fair, Peter couldn't even tell Nico what he did most of the time. As far as he knew, Peter was just Tony's personal intern.

Peter couldn't blame him. Maybe if Nico knew that he was Spider-Man and Tony was practically his other guardian it would be different, but he couldn't know that.

Sighing, he hung up the phone and stood up. He still felt nervous talking to Nico—they'd only been together a few weeks so far. It was exciting though, he'd never had a boyfriend before. It was all so new.

Shuffling around his room, he shoved a couple of his things in his backpack with his homework. If he got lucky, he'd be able to work on it at the tower. He really did have an internship, after all, it just wasn't a traditional one.

After sending a quick text to May telling her he left, he headed to the tower. The subway didn't take too long and soon enough he was walking in the elevator.

"Welcome back, Underoos," FRIDAY said once the elevator doors closed. Peter rolled his eyes at the nickname. He was the only one in the elevator, but it hadn't started moving yet.

"Hey, FRI. Is Mr. Stark here?"

"Yes, he's in the Avenger's common room. Would you like me to take you there?"

"Uh, yeah. But can you take me to the lab first? I wanna drop off my stuff."

"Sure thing, Peter."

The elevator opened out to Tony's lab. It was only after he'd stepped in that he noticed the other boy in the room and froze.

The first thing he noticed was his blonde hair and blue jeans. And once he turned, Peter could feel heat rising in his cheeks when the second things he noticed were his blue eyes and the muscles in his arms. He was hot. He quickly stopped himself from thinking that though; he had a boyfriend for god's sake!

"Uh, hi," Peter stammered out awkwardly, shifting. He internally cursed himself. Some random boy he'd never seen in his life was standing in his mentor's personal lab, and that's all he could think to say?
