Sanji: ''Wha-what are yo—''
Zoro: ''Sanji, it's an important question... how is that tail connected to you?''
Sanji: ''HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!?''
Zoro: ''Very well then... allow me to find out your little secret~~''
Zoro moved closer, eyes locked on Sanji with a teasing glint, clearly ready to uncover the mystery the cook had been hiding from everyone.
Sanji: ''Oi, bastard! You better stay away from me!!''
Sanji tried to push Zoro away, but it was hard with that strong, broad chest right in front of him. Zoro's body loomed close, making Sanji's breath hitch and his face burn brighter. He wasn't sure if it was from embarrassment... or something else.
Suddenly—
Sanji let out a loud, furious purr, his neko instincts kicking in, and he swiped his claws right across Zoro's face.
Zoro: ''GAHH—!''
Zoro staggered back, groaning and clutching his cheek. His yell echoed across the ship and immediately alerted the rest of the crew.
Moments later, everyone rushed to the scene. Chopper quickly escorted Zoro to check the injury, while Sanji stood in place, still partly acting like a cat, his golden ears twitching. His senses slowly returned to him after attacking the swordsman.
Sanji: ''Robin-chan? Nami-san? Wha-what happened...?''
Robin: ''Sanji-kun, you don't remember?''
Sanji: ''Well... I remember a little bit...''
Nami: ''And what is that 'little bit'?''
Sanji: ''After we all finished our food, Zoro offered to help me with the dishes... we cleaned them together and then he asked me a... question and—''
Sanji froze mid-sentence, the memory flooding back, and his face turned bright red.
Nami: ''And then?''
Sanji: ''NO-NOTHING, NAMI-SWAAAN!! Hehe... that damn bastard...'' He muttered under his breath, clearly flustered
Robin, ever observant, put the pieces together and let out a soft giggle.
Robin: ''Let's go, Nami-chan.''
Nami nods and walks away with her.
