"yea yea I remember the exaggerated reaction" the woman said as she walked towards her car and Veronica followed
"hey that's mean!" She pouted and Cheryl gave her a flying kiss as she revved the engine to life and started driving
"at least we blend with the Monaco millionaires" Cheryl laughed and Veronica laughed in agreement "totally!"
Cheryl's POV
We finally reached Monte Carlo and damn even when we arrived early the crowd was still there but thanks to seb we got the vip paddock passes and there, we were the only ones
"ooo let's take our sweet time to stalk around!" Veronica suggested and I was not gonna lie I did want to see the cars and meet the drivers around there, so we asked the guide there if we could and she was sweet enough to take us down to the garage
"Sebastian had told me your coming but I didn't expect this soon!" A voice called out and Lance walked with a smile towards us
"hi Lance" I said as we hug and then he goes to Veronica "it's so good to see you after so long Cheryl, it's a shame you had to stop talking to us after a while because of Mads" he stated and I laughed
"yea well I ditched him for you guys so let's have fun alright!" I said not wanting to get reminded every minute that I let that man do shit he shouldn't have
"that's the Cheryl we know!" Another familiar voice and I could recognise him anytime "Seb!" I was genuinely so happy seeing him so I rushed at his side to hug him
"your early like usual " he commented and I smiled
"and you look miserable, seriously Seb you should be saying I'm so happy to see you and instead that's what you say" I jokingly scold him and he scratches his head
"ah yes I'm sorry madam how are you, was your trip to Monaco a good one till now, see I suck at this!" He exaggerated and we laughed at his awful try
"yea you should learn from Carlos he's known as the smooth operator right" I joked and Seb humphed as if offended
"as if, it's brought to my knowledge that I'm known to have the most rizz out of all" I laughed when he said that
"your trying too hard to be a part of this generation but good job, keep trying" I commented sarcastically and Seb gave me that look as if he was gonna start a battle

"I'm sorry got too excited! Let's go party after race GRRAAA" he cheered and I shakes my head at the scene.
My heart was overwhelmed with admiration for them since they remember me and getting all this reaction from guys I barely kept connections with made me wanna never let this kind of mistake happen
"nice to see you still are over dramatic as usual" I chuckle as I see the proud expression on Danny's face
"yes maam, anywho let's go annoy the other boys!" He demands as he grabs my hand and pulls me to I don't know where
"where are we going?" I asked and Danny smiled "surprise love" he giggled and I too had too since it was contagious
"GEORGE, LEWIS COME OUTTTT" he yelled and I realised he dragged me to the Mercedes garage
"what's up Riccardo" Lewis walked out and while he responded to Daniel he noticed me and his smile grew
"Cheryl finally came I see" he stated as he came to me for a hug and I obviously didn't back away

"if not the boys had a backup plan ready" he whispered clear enough for me to hear
"what's that plan?" I asked and Daniel seemed to jump in "nothing! It's not needed so we won't talk about it now. Where's George now?" He swiftly changed the topic and I shrugged
