I wrote these in my notebook at like 12 am cause I couldn't sleep.
- Muzan has a sleeper build! Let's embrace the fact that he's a twink, despite being built like a twink he has amazing muscles when flexed thus a sleeper build.
- Kokushibo is obviously seen as muscular but view in a curvy muscular way, man boobs. (Muscular men are just REALLY REALLY curvy men)
Love language: Kokushibo: all four except physical touch.
Muzan: all 5.
- Since it is showed that Muzan is 500+ years older than kokushibo, in modern au he could be 5 years older. If you'd like a gakuparo(school au) he'd be 5 months older.
- Kokushibo's a bit of a boomer. Hey, he may not get it but he's got the spirit!
- They're both a bit homophobic and calls their relationship "close business partners"
- Kokushibo is suicidal and insecure of his looks, Muzan is the only thing keeping him from harming himself/staying alive (modern au)
Explanation: Kokushibo got stabbed by the red blade but he continues to fight. What I picked up and came to conclusion is his "will to fight". His "will to fight" is what fuels him to keep on going and that is why he can fight against the red blade. But after seeing his demonic features he lost that will, and to loose that will is practically suicide since he let the blade kill him.
- Kokushibo would study a bit of medical notes so he can help Muzan with his illness. E.g. he helps Muzan take a blood test/blood transfusions. (Kimetsu academy)
- Muzan would still have his "illness" but the illness isn't that severe it's just makes him weak at times. He doesn't let people know about his sickeness except the doctors and Kokushibo (kimetsu academy)
- Kokushibo has smaller eyes (more Asian like) while Muzan has bigger and more round eyes (more western like) I included a visual example (I drew this)

- Kokushibo can bake! Normally breads, he probably doesn't prefer/want sweet baked good but maybe prefers something that isn't so sweet, like matcha cookies with a sprinkle of sugar. "Not too sweet" that's how you know the baked good are gonna be good.
- Muzan tends to be quite violent when mad and gets physically/mentally violent with Kokushibo. But since demons can regenerate fast it doesn't hurt Kokushibo that's much but it does hurt his feelings. Eventually Muzan will have to apologize but he won't say sorry he'll just praise or bring Kokushibo out to drink marechi with him.
- Kokushibo has a preference for more Japanese culture, while Muzan prefers Western culture. It goes down to clothes, food and way of speech.
- Kokushibo would dress Muzan up. (Like a bit of a helper, it's seen in those movies where those rich and powerful people are being dressed by maids) art by @yama_ga_kuru on X

- Muzan likes to leave cigarette/cigar burns on Kokushibo's neck, specifically on his flame mark. He thinks it's hot.
- When confessing both couldn't physically speak their feelings out, so instead they wrote letters to each other first, then the continued to express their feelings for each other by speaking through their minds.
-Kokushibo gives off a "father▄█▀█●" vibe, while Muzan gives off a "daddy🤤" vibe
