"Ahh, thank god, there's a vacant bench," Jimin mumbled to himself, feeling thankful. He walked towards the said bench and placed his food on the small table.

The area looked peaceful, with six small benches nestled under the shade of a large tree. There were only a few students around, some engrossed in their books, while others were enjoying their meals.

Jimin happily sat down on the concrete seat, swaying his body to the music playing through his earbuds.

"Batter~batter~batter up🎶🎵"

The infectious beat of "Batter Up" by Babymonster filled his ears, causing him to hum along.

Taking a sip of his refreshing coconut milkshake, Jimin closed his eyes, relishing the icy coldness that spread through his body. He had always loved the sensation of something cold. As he savored the moment, he couldn't help but dance playfully in his seat, moving to the rhythm.

Grabbing his sandwich, he took a bite and let out a moan of delight at the delicious taste. With his eyes closed, he savored the flavors of the juicy chicken sandwich. But as he opened his eyes, he was met with a big face.

"Ahhh!" Jimin was scream and without thinking, he slapped the person in front of him. "What the fuck are you doing?!" he yelled, not even realizing who it was because their face was covered by his hand. Who would not when you are being slapped, right?

The person looked at Jimin, cupping his right cheek that Jimin had just slapped. "Yah!" He yelled back, clearly taken aback.

Jimin looked at him in horror, finally recognizing the familiar face. "J-Jungkook?" He removed his earbuds and placed them on the table, still in disbelief.

Jungkook glared at him but moved closer to Jimin. "Why the fuck did you slap me?" he demanded, his voice filled with irritation.

Jimin felt guilty, but he couldn't help but defend himself. "And who said you could tear your face to someone's face when they have their eyes closed?" he retorted, pointing his sandwich at Jungkook's face. "You idiot," he added, trying to maintain an angry expression.

But Jungkook found it cute, but he won't admit that.

Jungkook stopped glaring and proceeded to take a bite of Jimin's sandwich. "Hmm," he hummed, clearly enjoying it. Then he sat down in front of Jimin.

Jimin's eyes widened in disbelief. "Yah! It was mine!" he exclaimed, mockingly indignant.

Jungkook glanced at Jimin before chuckling. "Thank you for your apology," he said sarcastically.

Jimin immediately dropped his anger, his expression shifting to concern as he noticed the redness on Jungkook's cheek. "Sorry, I was just surprised," he mumbled, feeling genuinely remorseful.

Jungkook shook his head and sighed deeply. Then he eyed Jimin who stood up suddenly and grabbed his coconut milk shake before he leaned forward to Jungkook.

Jungkook was totally curious of what Jimin was going to do but he flinched when Jimin placed his coconut milkshake against Jungkook's right cheek. He looked at Jimin, seeking an explanation.

Jimin searched for words, his voice trembling. "I-I'm sorry," he started. "I didn't mean it." He focused on Jungkook's cheek, tapping it gently with the cold shake. "I'm sorry," he repeated, filled with regret and sadness.

He was afraid that Jungkook was going to be angry with him. Don't get him wrong, he just doesn't like the thoughts of people especially his friends to be angry with him. And Jungkook and him were starting to get close friends, and he didn't want that to make any problem between them
