Chapter Nineteen- Arrested

(The twins are now 11 months in this chapter.)
Delilah's POV
I woke up this morning before Vincenzo. I looked to my left, he was sleeping peacefully but he looked pale. He hasn't been feeling well for the past few days. I got up and took a shower, he was still sleeping when I got out.

Ever since I gave birth, I've gotten more curvy. I've been going to the gym. It's not like I don't like it, it's just that I'm scared to think about what Vincenzo thinks about my body now. I walked out of the bathroom after doing my makeup. I only did mascara and nude lipstick. Vincenzo groaned, and rolled in his stomach. I sat next to him, and ran my hand through his hair. "Hi babe." I said kissing his forehead. He sighed and looked up at me. He poured his lips indicating that he wanted a kiss.

I placed my lips in his. Then, I pulled away. "How are you feeling?" I asked "Like shit." He said. He sat up and embraced me in his arms. I rested my head on his chest, listening to his heartbeat. "You look good today." Vincenzo said "Thank you." I said. I pulled away from and stood up. "I'm going to make breakfast anything specific I should make?" I asked "Pancakes and bacon." Vincenzo said "Okay." I said.

I took Victor and Daisy out of the crib. I walked down the stairs with both of them in my arms. I placed them on the mat, and placed the baby gates around it. Then, I went into the kitchen and started cooking. "You look well today." Kim said "I don't know." I said "What's wrong?" Kim asked "Usually I don't feel insecure but ever since I had the twins." I said "Have you talked Kiki to Vincenzo about it?" Kim asked "No." I said "Of course you didn't." Kim said. Then, Vincenzo and James walked in. James wrapped his arms around Kim, Vincenzo kissed my forehead then sat at the table, and put his head down. I finished cooking and placed Vincenzo's plate in front of him. "Thank you baby." Vincenzo said.

"We should go to that store." Kim said dragging me. Kim decided to take me to the mall, and pick out some outfits. I know she's trying to take my mind off. "Stop thinking and more shopping." Kim said "I already found a lot of outfits." I said "And we need more." Kim said grabbing my hand. Torture for four hours straight. When we finally got home, I dropped the bags. The guys were sitting in the living room. "Damn you look like you went through hell." Mason said "Going shopping with Kim is heels." I said. I took my boots off, and went upstairs. I put my hair in a ponytail. Then, Kim walked in. "You wanna go swimming?" Kim asked "Kim I really don't want to. You already know how I feel about my body." I said "Nope no excuses. You man loves how your body looks." Kim said.
