It's morning once again, and all the remaining students were already wide awake, completely carefree. It's like a morning at any school, typical of an American movie, but it's actually a... good scenario. Shuichi hopes the positive energy stays longer, or maybe even gets better.
At least that's what Kaito says. The supposed hero always has some almost silly positive phrase to lift the students' energy.
Maybe. Just maybe, Shuichi can one day have a confidence as great as Kaito's. He really admires such positivity coming from one single person, like a sun distributing warm rays.
But he definitely doesn't want the astronaut's patience. Sounds like a short-fused candle, especially when it comes to a supreme leader the size of a nine-year-old child.

And speaking of the devil, shuichi could hear screams from a distance not too far from where he was walking. Not just screams, but some other sound, what was it...? The detective looked back for a moment. The sound seemed to come from the gigantic library. He reconsiders going to check it out, after all it could be a fight, and this horrible game showed that the chances of a fight not ending very well are significantly biggest, at least in this cage. But...
Shuichi normally avoids this area. He may even visit the place from time to time, because it's not often that you have such a large and mysterious library, this obviously piques the detective's curious mind. However, after what happened inside it turns everything into a horrible energy, making the desire to run away and cry from that place much greater than the curiosity for the books that who the fuck knows where they come from.
He knows this place needs an investigation. When they discovered that there were passages there, it dawned on him a hope that these might be the exact key for him and everyone else to escape alive from this place that promises to prove to be just as horrible as what they have seen so far.

Shuichi decided to at least this once allow himself to enter the library. After all, the almost muffled screams didn't seem remotely happy, and Shuichi doesn't want a bad ending in all of this. It would only cause the cycle to restart.

The boy had arrived and stopped in front of the library door. He couldn't help but notice the few details on the small door. Shuichi thinks that for a library so large and beautiful internally, it deserves a better external image, at least a pair of bigger doors, maybe.

He turned the handle and opened the doors, and the moment he allowed his entire body to enter...
He felt a sharp pain in his face, he felt his nose burn, that would leave a mark. What... What was that?! Did he just get attacked by a book?!
- o-ow! What-
Before he can say anything as his mind processed what just happen, more books were released in a close direction. A wave of fear and adrenaline hit him and allowed him to dodge the book.
Hey! Hey! What is happening?! This is total disrespect for books! Is this some kind of war or rain of books going on in here? how bizarre.

- Y-You bastard! Where are you getting so many heavy books from?!
A loud and angry voice echoed through the huge room, like a mad lion and other books were thrown with poor aim at where the sound was coming from. Was that Kaito?
Shuichi sneaked around, trying to avoid the poor violated books, until he finally found Kaito, with several messy books in his arms and running from one side to the other dodging other books that were thrown from the opposite direction.
- K-kaito? What are you- why are you throwing the books like some kind of weapon?!
Shuichi called his name, while kneeling behind a low table, afraid of receiving a miscalculated blow once again
-S-Shuichi-?!
Kaito turned his face to find Shuichi hiding like a scared cat, but was interrupted when a book hit his face, which caused a grunt of pain.
- Oh my God- Kaito?!
Shuichi was certainly taken by surprise when he had the vision of seeing his friend being hit. Then a giggle was heard, like a horse neighing.

- nehehe~! Momota-chan seems very careless! I could have thrown a waaaay heavier book and broken your stupid skull!
Why isn't Shuichi surprised that it was Kokichi who was the one fighting with Kaito..?
Kaito grabbed the book that was used to attack him with strength and anger and threw it back furiously, causing another stupid rain of books.
