Family information-
The Turner Family are linked to the supernatural and all things that include paranormal activity. The members of the Turner Family are also known to possess a range of supernatural powers and abilities, including telekinesis, telepathy, and the ability to communicate with the dead.
• Laritha Turner- phasing is a power limited more by a lack of imagination than anything else. In the hands of a master, it's an underrated and potentially deadly ability.
• Marquez Turner- has supernatural reflexes, can walk through walls and mirrors, and has superhuman strength.
• Celani Turner- has telepathy and the ability to see the past and future.
• Celeste Turner- has telekinesis, and is very good with spells and potions.
• Jonathan Turner- has superhuman strength, has the ability to talk to the dead and can communicate with live or dead animals.
• Florence- can teleport through walls and boxes.
The Turners are an odd, old-money clan who delight in terrible things. And are seemingly unaware or unconcerned that other people find them bizarre or frightening.
The family appears to be a branch of an extensive Turner clan with relatives all over the world.
The Turners don't really represent a "normal family" because what exactly is normal? And who gets to decide what "normal" is? But they do have family values. They represent a strong black family that fights against the odds of what a black family should "act" or "look" like. They are unapologetically themselves.
