"hey " Sam said as she opened to door for buck "just need to grab my bag" she said as she grabbed it off the side and looked up her apartment
"Wow you look stunning" buck said as he took a minute to admire the women In front of him
"you look great yourself " Sam said trying to keep calm she couldn't believe this was it that she was finally going on a date with buck 
"shall we" buck said holding out his hand 
"we shall" Sam said taking his hand as he lead her to the car. 

" so were are we going ?" Sam asked as they pulled out of the parking spot 

" well you remember were I took you for your birthday I thought we might go there" buck said as a smile formed on his face.
"You know that was the first time I thought off you more than a friend"
"Oh really"
"You were the first one to care I mean don't get me wrong I love chim and hen but in all the years I have know them never once did they ask about that but you did and I can never put into words how special that made me feel"
"Good because you are" buck said as they parked up " come on" he said as the pair left the car

"She will have a jack and coke and i will have whatever is on tap" Sam couldn't help but smile to her self "what ?" Buck said with a small smile as the sat down with their drinks
"You remembered" she said that caused buck to give her a confused look "my drink"
"How could I forget your not the only one who realised things that night"
"So why didn't you ask me out then?" She said with a smug look
"Well let me tell you what I was thinking one wow she is stunning two why would someone like you go out with me and then there was Abby but clearly that didn't work  and now here we are "
"Now I know she hurt you but I am so glad she did "
"Me to " he said as he lent over making there lips meet the rest of there date went amazing. Sam had never felt so loved and she couldn't be happier and the same could be said for buck
