"Call Lee to my office" Johnny says as Yuta nods and call Jeno inside as he sighs and stand in front of him crossing his arms "I have a job for you Lee" he smirks looking at Jeno who was ready, but already fed up from this

You get up after a half an hour of when your alarm went off as you were still sleepy. You hated being sleepy. Your job didn't want you to be sleepy. But you were, you literally slept at 4am last night only because you were anxious about today's type of work you're gonna do, it wasn't even your choice. Your eyes couldn't close even if you wanted them to shut and don't open until next day.

Then your phone rings and as you pick it up you regret it hearing your brother shouting from the other side of the phone having more energy than you expected him to have

"GET UP SLEEPY HEAD I'LL COME THERE AND GET YOU OFF BED WITHOUT THINKING YOU'RE MY SISTER" you sigh as you roll your eyes "If you don't stop shouting I'll hung up on you Jungwoo" you get up and went to the bathroom talking with your brother

"What time are you off to work today" he asks as you get downstairs to make coffee "I don't know, why?" you ask drinking a bit of your coffee "I thought of eating together tonight" you smile "I'll call you when I'm done then" the doorbell rings "I have to hung up, talk to you later" you say walking towards the door "Alright love you" you smile and hung up as you open the door

"An order for Mrs.Kim?" you smile at the guy and take the box "Thank you" you say as you sign "Have a good day" he nods smiling "Happy New year" you smile "Happy New year" you say as you close the door and get inside, you put the box at the table and open it seeing all the pencils and papers you ordered for your work "Perfect"

You arrive at your workplace and see Yeji as you walk up to her "Happy New year love" you smile and you hug "Happy New year Hwang" she smiles as you walk to your office "Your finally going to be one year older" you smile "Yeah, I'll be 23 in one month and nine days, wow" she puts her arm around your shoulder "I'll make that day special for you" you look at her "Thanks Yeji" she winks at you and you sit down at your desk "I'm going to work, see you later girl" you wave at her and began to work

Actually, you weren't so much happy to be 23 next month. You were never happy to celebrate your birthday day. Not always. The lot of last 8 years, since your parents death.

You were feeling nothing since it happened, not ageing neither ageing, you didn't care at all. They were the only people who supported you always, and Jungwoo of course, but they were your parents, they were important in your life.

You just don't want to celebrate anything since your parents aren't here. Yeji knows it. She knows everything, and she always tries to make you happier in every celebration and sometimes she really achieves it, that's why you love her.

She has been here for you since the day you remember yourselves and you are happy you have such a best friend like her.

You yawn as everyone had left and it was only you, Yeji and your boss right now at work. You wanted to leave and go to sleep in your comfy bed and wake up the next afternoon.

"Are you done?" you look at Yeji "I have some work to do" she nods "Want me to stay?" you look at the clock, 23:50, it's been 14 hours you've been to work, but it seems century, you look at her "No, go and sleep, you're tired, I'll finish and I'll go" she nods and hugs you "Good luck love" you smile "Good night" you watch her leave "Good night" you sigh and continue working

1:27am
You get out of your car as you sigh feeling sleepy while you walk toward your doorstep searching for the keys at your bag.

You look around as it was so silent, at normal terms, between 1 and 2am every night it would be noisy as bikers would make the neighborhood race road which everyone were used to. Now it's all silent. No one is walking or talking outside. Only wind whistle is what you hear.

You continue searching for your keys still wondering what is happening in the neighborhood, when you hear some steps, them making you look behind you. You frown seeing no one "What the hell" you look around trying to figure out where the steps came from, but nothing was visible

You look in you bag again as you continue searching faster at that point "Where are you now, c'mon" you sigh as you look into your bag, you look at your watch, 1:45, it has been a whole quarter you're searching for those damn keys "Where the hell are they?" you ask pissed to yourself when you finally got them. You open the door and get inside locking as you sigh

The house was between cold and warm, making you go straight to open the radiator as you walk up to your room to change

You take your phone and text Jungwoo, knowing he wouldn't answer at this hour, he would worry if you didn't though. You get inside your bedroom and lay down to your bed as you spend sometime to your phone which made you feel more sleepy that you already were.

So after some mins, you decided to sleep, putting the phone down and closing your eyes.

"This little girl thinks she's smart. But she's not as smart as I expected her to be, what a pity" Johnny smirks and look at Yuta "Call Lee to my office" Yuta nods and call Jeno inside the office as he stands in front of Johnny sighing and cross his arms. Johnny walks towards him, putting his hands on his pockets "I have job for you Lee" he smirks looking at Jeno, who was already fed up from all this

"I'm listening" Jeno replies as Johnny takes his iPad and show him a pic as Jeno analyzes and look at Johnny "I want her killed" he raise an eyebrow "Wait wait, for nothing?" ha asks as Johnny looks at him

"Since when did you get so sensitive and caring about people you kill?" he says pissed "I'm not" Johnny nods "Then I want her killed on her birthday, next month and take care to throw her somewhere no one will look at" Jeno looks away "Am I clear Lee?" Jeno nods "Good, I'll tell you about how it will happen within the next weeks. Till them I want you to get close with her as whatever you want" he looks at Johnny

"What do you mean?" Johnny smirks "I want her to trust you more than she trusts her eyes. I don't know how you'll do that, be her friend, be her fuck buddy, be her boyfriend, I don't know. I don't care. Just do it" Jeno nods "I will" Johnny nods "Leave now, I have a plan to make" Jeno turns around to leave

"And remember" he turns to Johnny "If you fall in love you're the one who will be dead in the end. Am I clear?" Jeno nods "Leave" he walks outside closing the door.

"He wants it to happen like nothing, like she doesn't has any life, or anyone who loves her" Jeno says to Haechan who smirks "Well, ig you really have to do it Lee" he looks at him "You don't know her, she maybe is someone who had done anything in the past and he wants her to pay" Jeno looks at him

"Or she's someone's daughter again and want her to pay for her parents" Haechan nods "You're fed up with this, ain't you?" Jeno looks away "You chose this job Jeno, you've killed many people all these years, now what?"

"I just don't want to kill anyone who doesn't have to pay for anything. I'm sure that girl didn't do anything and she's just a random target" Haechan sighs "You have to kill her" Jeno look away "And the only thing he knows to say is not to fall in love because I'll be the dead one at that point"

"Jeno" Haechan hold his arm as he looks at him "I'm telling you this because I know you" Jeno looks at him "And I don't want you to become a past" Haechan nods

"Don't fall in love with that girl, you're going to pay for that. Even if you try to escape, one day he'll find you" Jeno looks away "So, just do your job and don't love her"

"Don't risk your life for a girl" Jeno looks at him "Not that girl"
