Chapter 6

Olivia

I folded my schedule and slipped the paper into my backpack as I walked into the class room only to be shoved forward.

I turned around to see a kid that towered over me. I gulped and gave a small wave "h-hi" I mentally smacked myself for letting the fear take over. "Watch where your going newby" the boy gave me a glare and I nodded not wanting to make any enemies on the first day.

I walked toward my teacher and was met with tired eyes. I smiled remembering he was the guy I accidentally knocked his papers all over the place. "Hi I'm Olivia Richards" I told him tucking my hair behind my ears and pushing my glasses up my nose.

He grabbed a paper after clearing a few away
"Uhm," he cleared his throat and stood up towering over me also
"Nice to meet you I'm Mr.Hemmings and I'll be your math teacher for the year" he put on a obviously fake smile and stuck out his hand.

He was really good looking if I was being honest "Hi Mr.Hotty I-"
I slapped my hand over my mouth feeling my face get hot and a smirk was swept across his face.
"I-I'm so sorry I meant Mr.Hemmings n-nice to meet you" I looked at my dirty converse and hoisted my bag up my shoulder awkwardly.

"Your seat is right next to Logan" he pointed his finger across the room as I slowly turned around,only to met with the face of the guy that shoved me. He smirked and was scooting his desk towards mine, I shivered in disgust and walked slowly towards my seat.

We were about to end the lesson when a bleach blonde women strutted her way in the classroom towards Mr.Hemmings desk and gave him a slap so hard it echoed in the classroom. "We are so done Luke,i'll be out of the house by the time you get back!" She started to scream at him leaving shortly after. He looked out at us "C-class is dismissed for today" people grabbed their bags and left the room but I didn't.

I walked down to Mr.Hemmings desk "I could help you with your cheek," I smiled pushing my glasses up
"I-if you don't treat it right it could leave a burn mark" he smiled at me,actually seeming nice.

"Sure" he said as he sat down in a chair,
I followed behind him grabbing my backpack pulling out the supplies I carry in case someone gets hurt. I pulled out the ointment and put some on his face, I stopped when I hurt him wince "sorry" he smiled gently wincing again "it's okay" I paused and looked at my eyes as if we were having a staring contest,
I smiled at him his eyes were so pretty,but to my disfaction he snapped out if it and I finished applying the ointment and gave him two pain killers "take two every three hours to help the pain and the ointment should help it heal faster" we both stood up and I hoisted my bag over my shoulder.

"how did you know how to do all of that?" I stopped walking towards the door and turned around
"My dad was a nurse and my mom was a doctor," I smiled a little at the thought of them.
"My brother had a lot of girlfriends and they thought I should learn how to treat that just incase" I shrugged while shaking my head a little trying to forget the unwanted memories from coming back.

"Thanks again Olivia" he gave me a small smile and a wink I smiled back and walked out of the room.

I walked towards my locker to grab my stuff and quickly shove it in my backpack. I slowly exit the school walking towards the daycare center to pick up the twins.
I walk up the little porch stairs and go to knock on the door. I was surprised to see the door swing open before I could knock "Hi," the women said sounding so tired that she might just drop "you must be Olivia?" I nodded as I put out my hand waiting for her to except "We use hugs around here sweetheart" my eyes widened I slowly patted her back.

"Come in, come in" she stepped aside as I walked in seeing the twins in their stroller staring at me.
"Well thank you Ms," I turned to the women, realizing I didn't know her name. "Mrs.Hemmings,but you can call me Liz" I smiled remembering Mr.Hemmings.
"Thank you Liz" I went to the twins stroller and slipped my backpack in the bottom I the stroller and exited.

As I was walking I passed the school and I realized I haven't talked to Mr.Hood. Before I even realized what I was doing we were in the hallway walking towards Mr.Hoods room.
As I stopped in front of the room I let out a breath and pushed the stroller through the door. "Mr.Hood?" I watched as he emerged from a door way "Yes, Olivia I was waiting for you" he sat in his seat then noticed the twins as his eyes widened
"Are they yours?" I shook my head and let out a giggle.
As we both sat down and got comfy.

"So,Olivia what you saw earlier,"
I gulped remembering the events "that is my girlfriend she is a senior her name is Connie Miller and so I'm gonna need you to not tell anyone about us" he smiled at the babies as they gurgled "I was just going to try to forget what happened" I told him being honest it doesn't really matter to me anyways not like he's forty. "Thank you Olivia so much" he engulfed me into a hug.
"No problem Mr.Hood," I hugged back. "but we have to leave now." I stood up and said our goodbyes.

For a first day this was way to much work. As the events from today played in my head as we got home shortly. I put the twins to sleep and let them sleep in my room till Robert got home.

I quickly grab my backpack and put the twenties on the counter forgetting to buy dinner.

As I finally laid down and I was thinking about this school,
I thought I would really like it,but when in reality this school is more fucked up then me.
