Haku stops at the end of the tunnel, "cmon haku." I jump off hakus back, and I wait for him to transform back, haku transforms back, and we both get out of the tunnel. Hakus eyebrow raised in confusion. "Um, where is everyone??" The village was empty and it was really quiet. "Strange normally it is always busy at this time of day"

Me and haku walked around the village, and no Body was here. "Y/n, are you sure we are in the right place??" Haku looks at me "ofc we are I'm not stupid" I walk where the spell book shop is."here is the shop Im not sure if anyone is inside but I will put a couple of diamonds on the counter before we leave"

We enter the shop and sure enough no one was at the counter. "Um strange, anyway get whatever spell book zeniba needs I'm going to put the diamonds on the counter" I told haku and haku nodded at me and he started searching.

I go through my little bag for the diamonds when I hear shakey breathing behind the counter, I lean over the counter and I look down and I saw the book keeper hiding. "Hey book keeper what are you doing behind the counter??" Haku looks over at me when I started talking. The book keeper looks up at me with a terrified look on his face. "Y-y-y/n, be quiet..." the book keeper said quietly. I get confused.

"What do you mean book keeper, what happened??" I asked and the book keeper starts to shake. "There is a dragon here.." the book keeper said.

I smiled and I started giggling, "oh book keeper it's ok he's just my friend he won't hurt anyone" I said and the book keeper comes out from under the counter and he sees haku.

"B-b-but he doesn't look like a dragon he looks like you a human!" The book keeper said.
Haku looked at him and gives him a little smile and keeps searching.

"Oh well thats because he's in his human form at the moment, I promise you he's not going to hurt anyone I promise" I place my hand on my chest, keeping the promise. The book keeper comes out of hiding and he sees haku. "You promise??"

I nod and the book keeper nods and he sits behind the counter

Haku then puts a heap of books on the counter "just all of these thank you" Haku says and he looks away, the book keeper nods "that would be 700 diamonds pls"

I gave the book keeper the diamonds and I bow and left.
