Steady beeps echoed throughout the room, the walls painted pale making the room feel more empty and monochrome.

Your hair sprawled against the pillow, your eyes shut tight, your head bandaged, a reminiscence of what happened that night.

Kiyoko watched your sleeping figure, her fingers against the cold iron bar of the bed looking solemnly as she watched your chest slowly rise up and down, providing her comfort in this hard time.

She would feel a light grip on her shoulders and she turned her head to see Tanaka.

"Are there any signs of Y/N waking up yet?"

Kiyoko shook her head...

" No it's been a week since it happened, she hasn't even lifted a finger".

Sugawara sighed, replacing the withered flowers with bright yellow Calendula flowers, resembling that of a burning flame.

Tsukishima was silently reading a book in the corner stoic as ever.

A soft click of the door can be heard, their heads turned seeing your mom with a somber expression approaching Kiyoko and Tanaka.

" She's sure taking her time to wake up huh Kiyoko-chan".

Her eyes shifted to you as she noticed you staring awake.

Your fingers moved slightly, your eyes fluttering open, letting the light and bright room invite you from your coma.

"M-mom, what are you doing all the way here to Miyagi, aren't you supposed to be in Tokyo and why am I in the hospital?" you said in a voice that is filled with confusion.

Sugawara and Kiyoko immediately hugged you, while Tuskishima closed his book, coming over with a look of relief painted on his face.

You tilted your head even more in confusion, slowly hugging back.

Your mom looked at you concerned, biting her lip.

" Honey, can't you remember what happened? It's been almost a week ever since you've been hospitalized"

"N-no, all I can remember is that I was in a discord call with a friend of mine. Our call got interrupted when Dad came into my room drunk.

"We fought and struggled then passed out" you quietly trailed off touching your head you felt a bandage wrapped around it.

Sugawara exchanged looks with Daichi, dragging out a long and pained sigh, what happened to you weighed heavy in his heart.

" Sugawara and I wanted to invite you to eat along with Kiyoko and Tsukishima, so we went to your house.

" We noticed the door was left open.. We thought someone had broken in so we quickly rushed in".

"We arrived after your dad hit you with a beer bottle making you unconscious Tsukki and I tackled your dad. We might have gotten carried away and taken out a tooth or two"

Tanaka explained carefully not wanting to overwhelm you with the past events.

You looked at Tsukishima, surprised he would go that far for you. He smiled a bit, stroking your head carefully.

" What, I may be a bitch, but not an asshole like your old fart," he said, flicking your forehead gently.

"Also Hinata and Kageyama left some pastries for you, some cream buns and strawberry shortcake slices".
