Murder at Ajanta Hotel

It was early morning. Birds were chirping and the sun was rising slowly. Very few members presented on the road. Some people were jogging and some were cycling. Then there was a scream heard by everyone near the Ajanta Hotel.

An hour later, a police van came along with DGP 's vehicle. Everyone entered the lobby of the hotel. There a manager was presented, he was waiting for the police from the morning.

DGP, Mr. Sailesh Iyer came in front of the manager. He asked the manager about the details.

" What happened Mr. Vikram( manager's name)"

He took a deep breath and started telling

" Sir, a murder has happened in room number 131. And one of the staff people noticed it. We immediately called you sir" he replied.

" Can you call the staff person who noticed it? "

" Yes sir, "

" Binod, come here " the manager called a person.

" So, you are the person who noticed it " he asked the manager while checking the person from top to toe seriously.

" Yes... Yes sir " that man answered while shivering slightly because of DGP's glaring.

" Ok, then tell me what you witnessed. And I want the truth. Do you understand? " He asked with a stern voice.

" Yes...Yes sir" Binod replied with a nod.

" And manager don't send anyone out until we investigate them. Ok" he ordered

" Yes sir. We will immediately lock the doors."

And immediately he ordered someone to lock the door. Later, the DGP, the manager, Binod, and some other policemen entered the lift and reached room 131. While reaching DGP asked Binod to explain

"Now say binod, what you saw? " DGP asked.

" Sir, every day I clean all the empty rooms. And asked the booked room members for cleaning if they need. "

" Like that today early morning I cleaned the room next to this room and came to this room. As the key was not there with me, I rang the bell. No one responds to it. I again rang the bell. So, once again tried to open the door. Fortunately, the door opened. I went inside to see whether anyone was there or not. As the door was not closed fully."

"When I opened the door, I saw red stains. I moved forward to see what happened. Then I saw a man lying on the bed on his back. And the whole bed was filled with blood. I was shocked and screamed. "

" Then I hear a murmur beside the bed. I slowly went towards him. A man sat near the table and murmured to himself. He holds the knife in his hand. "

They reached the room and

"Binod, open the door" the manager ordered him.

He opened the door. The police team took the photos and went to find the clues. And DGP enquiring Binod.

While they were talking they heard the murmur again. They all turned towards the sound. They saw a man at the same place as he said.

DGP signaled to one of the staff and that person went near him and put a hand on him. He leaned to the other side.
That person checked the pulse of that man. And confirmed he was breathing.

He said to DGP about it. He ordered the staff to take that man into custody and they completed all the procedures. They send the body to postpartum for other information.

Police took the other person and joined them in a hospital as he was not opening his eyes. Press, media, and many people surrounded the hotel and started murmuring and gossiping about the news.

DGP came in front of the Press, and asked the press not to cause any ruckus before he formed about it. However, media people were asking several questions regarding the murder.

They couldn't able to believe that something like this occurred in this most prestigious hotel in Hyderabad.

Yes, Ajanta Hotels was the most famous hotel chain in Hyderabad City. They always provide the best security and take care of their customers 24/7. Not everyone can book a room in this hotel. Only the bigshots, influential people, political persons, celebrities, and business magnets can book a room.

The hotels were established almost 80 years ago. Until now there was no trace of any issues like this happening in its history. It was something unimaginable. Moreover, it was suspicious as all the CCTV near room number 131 stopped working at the time of the murder.

Police were investigating in every way and finding small clues to traces of a murder attempt.

A person was watching the news channel early morning in his home. He had this habit for many years. He was changing channels while sipping the tea. When he stopped at one place. He dropped the tea cup from his hands.

He stood up and increased the sound of the channel. That channel was broadcasting the early morning news " A murder at Ajanta hotel". He stood there, while his eyes widened with shock.

He immediately called someone and started his enquire about it. He ordered that person to investigate the case as soon as possible report him and cut the call.

He ordered one of his people to investigate this matter privately. And also investigate the suspect who was found at the spot. He gave one hour time to him and cut the call.

He freshened up himself and wore his overcoat, took the car keys, and went into his parking lot. He took one of his cars, and drove to a place with an high speed.

He entered an office and rang the bell. A woman came and opened the door and asked him to sit in the garden. She went to inform the owner of that office.

He went into the garden area and sat on the wooden chair in the garden and indulged himself in deep thoughts. Then a hand touched his shoulder. With that touch, he came back present and stood up.

"Please sit," that person asked him and sat in front of him.

"What's the matter? Why do you come early in the morning?" That person questioned him while observing his face.

He took a deep breath and said

" I saw him " he answered. With that, that person stood up in shock. After some time, that person calmed down and again asked.

"Where you saw him? I need to see him immediately."

"Please, control yourself, I couldn't say anything now, but soon we will meet him" he consoled.
