Promise me you’ll find him a good home”

The fourteen years old boy quivers out to the stranger before his eyes. He didn’t know much about his savior but he couldn’t be picky at the moment.

He was drained and tired of the fighting all around him, his limbs hurt. There was blood and scratches all over the walls, everything was broken. The land was under attack by demons, it seemed his parents sin finally caught up to them.

There was a war ongoing and the humans were losing by a landslide. Sounds of the manor collapsing consumed the area around them.
The screams of the soldiers being slaughtered in the distance by demons of the underworld.

His mind wasn’t as fragile as his little brother but he felt just as scared. His baby brother didn’t deserve to know the horrors of the world just yet.

The Siblings parents dead bodies were on the cold marble tiles not to far from them.
There bodies beaten and broken beyond recognition. The only reason they weren't like there parents was because they manage to run and hide while it happened.

His shaky hands covered his little brother eyes before he could glance their dead parents bodies.
His hands tighten around his small waist keeping him glue to his chest. He needed to protect him.

He needed his baby brother safe, away from all this. He was to loved and gifted to die in a place like this. His hands tighten around a seven year old Jimin squeezing the younger tightly as if he would disappear.

The man standing before the both of them had a crooked smile on his handsome face. There parents blood shine brightly across the sides of his face and neck. It contrasted with the soft dimples that was embedded in his cheeks.

It was clear as day the man wasn’t human, for his scent screamed death, his eyes as black as the night sky looked down at the now orphans.

The older brother didn’t care only happy the demon got rid of his parents. That alone showed the older of the two that the stranger was reliable. To the older brother the parents were nothing more than his worse nightmare. Simply cruel people.

His canines shine through while a devious smile appears across the demon face. The demon eyes shifted to the corner of the room where only darkness seem to lurk his eyes turning blood red for a second before staring back at them.

The manor had no lights, A power outage the moment the demons attack. The only source of light was the moonlight shinning down from the big hole in the roof. The demon head turns to the side his right hand reaching forward to rest atop the older boys head. He ruffles his blonde strands before leaning forward to be eye level.

The Demon hated how close the siblings were. There shouldn't be anyone close to anything he claims as his. Namjoon jealousy flared up, it took him so long to find him. There was only supposed to be him, his love didn't need a chaperone.

He needed that little boy gone!!

“you have my word, I’ll save your brother but you'll have to give yourself in return ?”

Jimin had that feeling in his stomach whenever something went wrong. He couldn’t see but his ears worked fine.

What was his hyung going to do?

These thoughts crossed through the seven year old mind.
“hyung you promised we would stay together” Jimin said voice cracking. He tried to remove his brother hand from over his eyes but he wouldn’t yield.

Tears soaked his hyung palm from the ongoing waterfall streaming down Jimin face.
His big brother was going to leave him alone. His voice got louder in pitch screaming for his big brother to remove his hands. “Please let me see hyung” Jimin cried hysterically.
