'It's go time' Jules's voice rang as we finished getting ready.

I had put on my new robes, that now had the signature red and gold Gryffindor colours, and got my hair and face ready in the bathroom. As she called out i sprayed my favourite perfume and grabbed the last of the books i needed.

'You ready?' She asked as we were about to leave the dorm, i nodded yes and the pair of us headed down the stars and into the common room.

It was now about eight fifteen am, meaning that we had plenty of time to get breakfast and i could figure out where i needed to go for my lessons, by the looks of the common room most Grifindors were either still asleep or already in the great hall.

'Hey Ginny, Hermione' I smiled as we sat down opposite the Girls and beside the twins. Harry and Ron were in a laughing fit over something, whatever it was I didn't want to disturb them.

'Hey you two' Ginny replied.

'How was your first night in your new bed Bianca?' Hermione asked as she took a mouthful of yogurt.

'Really good, slept like a baby'

My eyes gazed round the table, delighted by the huge spread of breakfast foods. There were pancakes, porridge, bacon, hash browns, sausages, toast, waffles and pretty much every other good breakfast food.

I put some bacon and pancakes onto my plate, feeling quite hungry and wanted to make the most of this breakfast.

'Coffee?' Freds voice asked from beside me.

I nodded 'Yes please' holding out my mug which he filled fully with warm coffee.

'Does everyone have potions first?' I asked to Jules and the twins, knowing that the younger four had different schedules.

'Just me' Jules smiled. 'The twins just take charms and DADA'

'But we will be seeing your after our joint free period in charms' George added.

'Mmm this food is really good' I said, cutting up some of the pancake.

'Only reason i wake up in the morning' Lee's voice groaned as he sat down opposite us, looking very tired.

I chuckled at him, taking a sip from my coffee.

'I have potions first and want to die, I can't deal with that greasy git this morning' He moaned, grabbing a hashbrown and eating it straight off Harry's plate.

'Lee! Why do you always steal my food?' Harry exclaimed.

'Harry, why do you always cause drama?' Lee mimicked, rolling his eyes as he took a sausage from his plate.

The group laughed as harry nudged him in the side in annoyance.

'So Bianca can i have the honour of taking you to your first hogwarts lesson?' Lee said politely to me, smiling.

I laughed and nodded, finishing my pancakes.

'Gin are you coming to quidditch practice later?' Fred asked to his little sister.

'Obviously' She replied, 'But Wood better make sure we finish on time cause i need to get ready for the party'

'Yeah, not likely' The twins muttered in unison.

Suddenly a loud bell rung, signalling the start of lessons.

'Miss Giovanni' A women's voice rang, getting closer to where i was sat.

I turned around to see Professor McGonagall hurrying over.

'Hello professor' I smiled.

'Good morning Miss Giovanni, i wanted to ask if you will come to my office at the end of the day, just so we can talk about how to make sure you settle in okay' She said kindly.
