Saturday Afternoon:

"Soooo." I say while sitting in Pierce's car

"What do you wanna do?" He asks

"You invited me to hang out, you pick something." I say with a laugh

"Wanna go get food?"
"Yeah sure." I say and smile

After my night with Gabriel I realized that there's probably no future for us. I like him but he's too worried about what other people will think.

"Seafood?" He asks while driving

"Works for me." I say and then turn on his radio

We drive to the nearest seafood place and we sit and wait awkwardly for the waiter to come with the food.

"Pierce can I ask you a question." I say while
"Yeah sure." He says

"Okay you can be honest. Why did you ask me out? I don't think you actually like me like that." I say

I get a feeling that the only reason he likes me is because Johan does.

"You want me to be honest?" He says and sighs

"Obviously."

"I don't think I like you, I just have a small crush. You were new and pretty so I wanted to get you before anyone else. Are you mad?" He asks me

"Not really I mean I kinda figured that. But you should probably try to pursue someone else." I say to him honestly

"Yeah I know. Do you actually like Johan?" He asks

"Not really I mean he's fun and good looking but I don't think we're right for each other." I say

"Who do you like?"

"Well if you promise not to tell I'll let you know."

"I promise." He says with a smile on his face

"Well I kind of like Gabriel but he's too shy and we did some stuff last night and basically he told me no one can know and it would only be sexual between us." I say sadly

"Want me to kick his ass?"

"No, it's fine." I say and laugh a little
"He's dumb." He says

"Ehh I mean not everyone is gonna want me and I'm okay with that. I think I'm off boys for a while." I say with a small smile

"I guarantee you'll have a new group of guys after you in a week." He says trying to cheer me up.

"Probably but I'm staying single until I graduate." I say and then the waiter finally comes out with our seafood boils.

Before I can even dig in I get a call from Jay.

"Yes twin." I say answering the phone

"Mom and Winston went to go visit grandma and grandpa this weekend so I'm having a party tonight." He says excitedly

"What? Why'd they go?" I ask kind of worried

"Grandpa sprained his wrist again." He says

"How'd he do it this time." I ask with a little laugh

"Trying to put up a shelf in their house." He says in an amused tone

My grandfather is always trying to do some new project and he always gets hurt in the process.

"Does Sonny know about the party?" I ask

"He and Gio are going to some college party tonight." He says
