Three days ever since the incident of the silver dragon attack happened. And right now, the Accord Federation was doing their best to recover from the attack that had taken place in their city as they were making sure that if another attack were to happen in future, they would be ready for it.
But as for the leaders of the Accord Federation, they were busy trying to find out who were those masked men that came in, to fight off the silver dragon.
Homelander: Just who the hell were those two? I want to know now!
Victoria: Cool your head, Homelander. None of us know exactly who those two are.
William: And to make matters worse, we don't know where they could be at.
Roboute: Either way, we must find them, or otherwise they can become a threat to the Accord Federation.
Red Keeper: I agree with Roboute. It's better to be safer than sorry.
Nova: Then it is settled. We will send out troops in order to go find them.
All the leaders of the Accord Federation nodded. Agreing with the idea.
But elsewhere, another problem was arising.
Far beyond the outskirts of the Accord Federation, we can see a large dark castle like base that looked to be eldritch in nature, but at the same time, there were lots of technology surrounding it.
Surrounding this large castle was a big town about the size of a country as over one billion guards surrounded this area.
This place belonged to none other than the Havoc Alliance. The rival group to the Accord Federation, who wanted nothing more but to cause pain and corruption across the world.
In a meeting room, we can see a young blonde haired man sitting on a throne as he looked to see his fellow leaders talking.
This was Colin, or as he calls himself, Lord Omnipotent. He was the leader of the Havoc Alliance, and hence, he is its most powerful member.

The reason on why he made the Havoc Alliance was because he was fascinated with corruption, so he wanted to corrupt the world and make others suffer.
But doing so wouldn't be so easy. So, that is why he recruited the most corrupt people to join him on his quest to spread his corruption across the world.
These people being Black Hat, Edwin Black, Slenderman, Druella, Malty Melromarc, Vult, and finally, Error 404 Sans.
