It's just another normal practice day at school with the other teammates. I came earlier than the others, and saw Kuroo-san, the first one to arrive. He already changed into his short sleeved shirt, showing his strong arms and those biceps.. Oh my God I mean- um.
He doesn't seem like he realized that I'm watching him practice alone. The way he throws the ball and spikes it. It's like.. baamm! And it goes.. whoosh! And then he's like.. fwaaah! So cool!
I was too caught up on admiring how gorgeous.. I mean, how cool he looks when practicing and didn't realize that he caught me staring.
"Like what you're seeing?"
I almost jumped like a cat caught in a corner with no place to run. Cheeks are dusted in pink when those amber eyes of a black cat stare back into my soul.
"I- yes- no- I mean-"
The older boy only laughed at my stuttering and how embarrassed I looked. His chuckles sound like a love song in my ears.
"Relax, Lev. Why aren't you coming in, hm?"
Kuroo-san's cheeky smile is just so hypnotic for me, he looks just as handsome as usual, if not, more.
"Oh..! I mean.. I.. saw you practice alone and uh, thought I don't want to bother you until the others arrived.."
I slowly walk into the gym, placing down my bag on one corner before walking over to Kuroo-san with a sheepish smile. Gosh, that's a really bad excuse.
"Oh yeah?"
He doesn't seem like he'd ask more about it and throw a ball towards me, which I'm struggling, to catch.
"Then whad'ya say if we practice receiving first? You sucks lot at it"
Kuroo-san smirked and gave me an annoying look. I'd usually grumble or complain about his teasing and how annoying they are, but this time, my heart only beats faster as my grip on the volleyball in my hands tightens.
"..Urgh.. fine.."
