The Wind Down is a one shot collection based on songs by Michael Jackson. Many years ago I curated a playlist titled "Wind Down," dedicated to songs I enjoyed falling asleep to. Before falling into REM, I would visualize music video concepts for each track, which has stayed with me, including the concept for "Chicago."
We know that Michael would create short films, and as much as I wish I could do that, I've opted for a more feasible format - a series of short stories inspired by each song. These one shots aim to capture the essence of what I envision when I listen to each track. As you read, I invite you to listen to the accompanying song and immerse yourself in the scenes I've crafted using as much imagery as possible.
This collection will feature 10 songs, starting with Side A as mentioned above. Once Side A is complete, I'll release Side B 💿
