I walked down the hallway on the way to the secretariat and therefore to Miss Misaki. While I was running I met a few students, including Tiago, who were on their way to class. I walked up to the tiger shark shifter and asked “Hey Tiago, do you know where Mr. Clearwater is, I need to talk to him urgently. "No, I don't know, but you could check whether he's on the beach or in the cafeteria." I thanked Tiago and turned to look for Mr. Clearwater. "Phew, now I don't have to go to that grumpy moray eel shifter named Misaki." So I ran back into the entrance hall and from there towards the cafeteria.

When I got to the entrance to the cafeteria, I took off my shoes because the cafeteria was knee-high underwater, which is practical for the Seawalkers at this school because they can then eat in their second form. So I waded through the knee-high water to the middle of the cafeteria to get a better view. So I turned around on my own axis and looked around carefully. But I only saw the 6 table boats for the students, and the large table boat for the teachers and the food counter, but no sign of Mr. Clearwater. He wasn't even on the beach, as I saw through the cafeteria windows.

While I was still standing in knee-high water, the scales fell from my eyes. "Of course the school roof, I hadn't thought of that!" I shouted into the resulting silence. I waded as quickly as I could to the entrance to the cafeteria, where I put on my shoes and ran back to the stairs. I ran up the stairs, when I reached the top I ran along the right to the caretaker's shed. Once in the shed, I folded down the ladder and climbed up the rungs, I opened the roof hatch and climbed onto the roof.
